Made an appointment six weeks ago for 4 PM today. I also had confirmed the time and date of the appointment yesterday. Got there filled in all of my paperwork. Waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes until somebody told me that the doctor had left for the day. Lady at the front desk was helpful. However, I don’t trust a doctors office that has a failed oversight with an appointment time to address my serious, cardiac condition. Would rate this zero out of five stars if I could.

It's time for yearly mammagram ~ appointment was easy , and the office visit smooth and in & out. Ms. Cherly in admitting took good care of me and registered me promptly. Mrs. Andrea, my mammagram photography lady was sweet and made sure to get great imaging .

I have been a patient here for 3 days. I am shocked at the lack of care. 1st off they placed me in sort of a holding room that had 3 walls and a current. The room has no sink, shower or toilet. I have had to urinate in a bed pan. If I need to have a bowel movement you have to go all the way down the hall. The nurses do not make rounds. The only way to get their attention is to leave your call lite on for 20+ mins. I have been here 3 days and haven't had the opportunity to take a shower. They have not offered to change my linens. There has also yet to be a housekeeper come into the room to clean. I will not ever use this facility again. They need to get it together or it will end up a giant vacant building.

I came here for stomach pains, which turned out to be appendicitis and I had to be taken to Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital for surgery. The nurses and the doctor were very nice. I wish I could remember their names to list them. I had a great experience here and felt well cared for. They kept me up to date while I waited to be transported to the hospital. I'm very appreciative of this emergency room's staff and so glad I went in when I did.

Came in because I’m 6 weeks pregnant and started cramping w/ bleeding. They got me in the back pretty quickly the only thing is it’s not a clean environment at all. The waiting room is a mess, the room they took me to had spots of blood on the floor. When she put my IV in she didn’t even wipe my blood off of my arm. Then my IV is done and i was told “not right now” when i asked if they could take it out … the lady at the front desk seem to have an attitude .. all of them really except for the one that did my ultrasound and put my IV in. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here only came because it’s the closet one to me. NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The hospital called my emergency contact in another state after midnight asking how to reach me. It was the night before my 10am elective surgery appointment and they had a cancellation so they wanted to reach me to move my appointment up earlier. But they refused to specify why they were calling and so it scared my loved ones. I had been sleeping and didn't answer my own phone because it was after midnight!

Absolutely 5☆. I've been 3x in 6 weeks for kidney issues and I could not have chosen a better emergency center. Staff is truly Comforting and Attentive and the vibe is Friendly and Down to Earth. Besides being a super nice / newer location, they stand out because of ALL of their bedside is on point. I went thru alot up there (felt like) and didn't feel awkward or rushed once. TOTALLY RECOMMEND..and I'm kind of picky.. ;)

The Physicians and the Memorial Health System seem to be completely indifferent to the value of your time. Show up and wait for 3hrs and 40min before going into surgery. Oh, btw, it was cataract procedure. A 15 min procedure. Would not recommend and wherever you go make sure they don't do the same to you.

I brought my roommate in for a terrible migraine. She needed a migraine pill to cure what she has been experiencing/going through since she was 10 years old. The med is the only thing that has worked for her. From the moment we walked in the staff treated us like a burden. The receptionist was rude and had zero sympathy/sense of urgency. The nurse triaging her an attitude and was mocking her and the ER doctor was arrogant/condescending and had a major God complex. He would not give her the pill she was asking for which is a standard treatment for migraines. He simply said they didn’t have that there. We wound up walking out and would strongly advise anyone to not come to this clinic. My sister is in the medical field and confirmed this is not and should not be the standard for healthcare. This is unacceptable and something needs to be fixed/changed staff wide.
