My Momma who has trouble seeing, and trouble walking had a X-Ray today. It was scheduled and while scheduling I advised them she would need assistance until she got to the back. The person (Tonna) who checks you in was outright rude. I tried to explain to the receptionist this information and she asked me if I had a medical POA, which my Momma does not need. She then preceded to tell me I had to leave the waiting room and go outside. When I asked her to call her supervisor (which I doubt she did), she then preceded to tell me he did not answer. All I wanted was to make sure my momma got her papers signed and to the back safely and the lady was more than rude. Receptionist are supposed to be the face of Memorial Hermann, I have now lost all respect for the imagining department of Hermann at Kingwood CCC. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful by someone who should have been kind as I never once was rude to her. I was firm because I wanted to make sure my momma was okay until her X-Ray time.

Gave birth to my daughter here. Absolutely incredible staff. They took such great care of me and my child. Hubby and I agreed we will have the next one here too because of how wonderful our experience was!

I had an MRI here after finding the Humble location's machine was too small. I'm claustrophobic, so I wasn't sure I'd be able to handle it at all, but their MRI machine is one of the largest. I literally can't say enough good things about Gabriel! He was a godsend! He treated me with dignity, respect, and compassion and helped me make it through the MRI with the least amount of anxiety. I'm just so grateful! I wish all medical professionals treated patients this way.

The front staff is making it very hard for me to continue my care there. Appointments are changed without knowledge and then you are treated like you aren't the patient and the staff is the victim. I

Surgery center was wonderful. People amazing.
Your security is worthless. Security guard watched as people stole our catalytic converter while I was in surgery. Even told us it was an orange Dodge Charger. Wondering if he gets a cut. Horrible!

I had the most wonderful experience. I was here for both a colonoscopy and an EGD. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was very kind and attentive. Explained to me in detail what they were going to do. After my procedure the nurse made sure i had a little something to drink and kept me toasty warm. I would highly recommend this place. Its fabulous

We had a baby delivered there last year. Everything went fine until a very rude nurse from NICU came and insisted baby need to be at NICU. I was not seeing any abnormalities.

After about three days they released the baby not finding anything and asked me to further follow up to UTA.

At the end, all checked out good. Memorial billed me a fat sum of money basically for nothing and on top of that the pain I had to go through for those three days was unthinkable. Plus another fat bill from UTA for follow up.
My hard earned money was basically exploited by these for profit entities.
