I’d give more stars if I could! From the moment we arrived today 9/25/25, we were treated very kindly and compassionately. Our final RN Linda was so amazing & caring, as were all the staff, I wish I remembered names for all of them but every staff member we encountered tonight was so so amazing & kind to us from the receptionists, ER tech, nurses, doctors even down to housekeeping staff. Went above & beyond as well! The level of care was incredible! I can’t thank them enough for all they do.

Excellent care at OakBend Medical – 1705 Jackson St, Richmond, TX 77469
I recently visited OakBend Medical at 1705 Jackson St, Richmond, TX 77469 for my HSG test, and I had a very good experience. The hospital was clean and organized, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. They made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the process and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate their care and support. Thank you to the wonderful team for your professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this location!

Everyone was pleasant and so nice!
It was a real treat to see all the smiling staff members, from registration staff, to those who said “Good morning” as i walked down the hall. The Lab Technician was amazing and welcoming! She was great, I gave her a five star review!
It’s been a while since I had an appointment at Oak Bend and being there was a great start of my day!

OakBend-Jackson provided outstanding care during my neck surgery recovery. The staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional they made sure I was comfortable in every way. Highly recommend!

From the moment we entered the facility At Oakbend Williams Way we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Ms Peyton was so kind.
All the staff, nurses and Doctors made our Son feel he was the most important person and reassured him that they were there to take care of him. Everyone explained exactly what they were doing. While there was delay in the surgery it was understandable and we were constantly checked on and made sure we were all comfortable and aware of what was going on. Considering we were there for our Son surgery it was one of the better experiences. The facility was very clean and easy to navigate.

3rd surgery at this location, and the commercials we see are so correct! Professionals at all levels beginning with the greeting clerk. ALL nurses are caring and take a personal interest in your case.
From the OR to the recovery room, they take the very best care I have ever seen!

Coming from Louisiana at 8 months, it was scary trusting another hospital to deliver my baby. Being a c section mom all I could think about is I’m just another patient to them. I was wrong. Staff was so lovely and made me feel right at home. Doctors not only came in befor surgery to introduce but asked me anything befor we even did my procedure. I was so pleased and content with my surgery, they took there time. Still recovering post surgery but not in so much pain the way I thought I would be. I recommend OakBend highly. My stay was great not to mention there hospital food is sooooo gooodddd 😊

Brought my daughter around 8:30pm last night and the staff was truly amazing. I wish I would have gotten the names of the doctor and nurse. They were caring and thorough and so understanding!! Best experience I had in a hospital! We were in and out within an hour and a half, if that! Highly recommend!

Dr.Rios is the best! Best obgyn,she makes you feel welcomed always has a smile on her face. She is very caring and passionate about her job. I also want to give a BIG shout out to Natasha(hope I spelled her name right) she is best nurse. My delivery experience would not have been great if it wasn't for her. She was very sweet and was there by my side since the contractions started. She made sure I was comfortable and helping me with my breathing. I want to thank the cafeteria staff as well. They made sure I order food since I would forget to call sometimes.
