They were really easy to work with! Our realtor Daniel was super nice and easy to communicate with. He was always reachable within a few minutes which was definitely convenient for any questions I had. Only downside is that we’re having trouble with the management company and I wish PMR had been more upfront about the information regarding who managed it. I would just say to make sure you look into that before moving forward. But overall super easy process!
I had a great experience with this firm. They are very professional and accommodating. Our agent helped us with all our questions and he was very attentive to our needs. The lease signing process was super quick and easy. I highly recommend this company for all your real estate needs.
Just be careful. They will happily take your money for a deposit, then relist the unit at a higher price to find more renters. In fact, Even if you put down a deposit on an apartment they will not maintain any of their promises. While retaining your “good faith” deposit they will keep you out on the line and actively market the apartment for which you have “secured.” Also, they will not return the deposit until they have confirmed renters for your unit. Apparently, you pay 500 dollars only to have the chance to rent an apartment. Then when you question the happenings, they ignore you, or say they are going to speak with management only to get zero response. Overall, you gotta be careful with this group. They will act under ignorance and accidents even though it’s clear what their intentions are. Honestly, there are far better and more trustworthy groups out there.

Hi Chris. Your deposit should have been returned if you were not approved for the apartment. Please give me a call directly to discuss. I will be happy to resolve. I apologize that this was not brought to my attention earlier. 718-717-2211 ext 1401 Thanks. Janet

Stressed about finding an apartment? Contact Michael at Premier Metro.
We spent a month and a half trying to work with other realtors and it seemed hopeless. In a matter of 2 days, Michael showed us our perfect place, processed our application and got us a lease to sign! It still hasn't hit me that the entire process, which I assumed was slow-moving and painful, came to such a pleasant ending.
Karina Goncharuk has been great to work with, from the time of her initial response to the day that she gave me the keys from my landlord. I relocated to Brooklyn for work this year and had limited time to find an apartment in a neighborhood that I like, near the trains I need. Not only was Karina the first person to respond, but she also spent time finding options (I didn't even have to ask her), and was always prompt with updates. Thumbs up!
As doubtful as I could possibly get at first to use real estate agency to rent out an apartment, this feeling has vanished after I met Michael for viewing a unit in the South Brooklyn area. I wasn't in a great place at the moment and needed a place in less than a week. Michael was extremely supportive and understanding throughout the entire process. Worked fast, efficient, and professional. Bottom line, I got keys through expedited process of approval within literally 3-4 days. I didn't encounter any adverse events which was great given the rushing nature of the moving and all stress associated with it. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone. I don't think I could have any better and pleasant experience. Thank you
I moved into an apartment last year and paid rent on time every month. A few months after moving in, I noticed a terrible mold smell in the public hallway. A neighbor went down into the basement while it was open (by the guy who does the trash) and found a lot of black mold down there. I told the super several times and he said there were dead rats rotting down in the basement, but no mold. I continued to push him on it because I have asthma and other people in the building told me their visitors were getting sick and couldn't stay there. After being unable to get the super to fix it, I started calling and emailing Premier Metro Realty. They are who I paid each month and who the electronic maintence requests would go through online. I tried so many times and no response. I called them, left messages, emailed for over 6 months. I even tried contacting Michael, the realtor that helped show the apartment, no reply. I was begging them to fix it in writing too, through the online maintence portal. Everything was documented, I even sent them texts from the super telling me he was not going to fix it. I really needed their help fixing this, I felt so terrible and like I could not breathe, as the toxic smell was coming into my apartment from the hallway.
Finally after 3 months of my last attempt to contact them, I notified 311. About 15 minutes later, the super called and landlord, president (Bobby) of PMR texted me. He threatened to not renew my lease since I hadn't re-signed (I tried to resign, but PMR never emailed the paperwork). Essentially, I was month to month. So he said I should leave and that I am doing this for fun, all this threatening illegal stuff. So then I had to find a new place to live, as I have asthma and cannot live in an environment with black mold. So I tried calling PMR (Janet) to sort everything out and she said I should just move out..that after I reported them to 311, that was it..they won't re-sign me. So I rushed to find a new place and put in 30 days. I throughly cleaned my place and had the super do a walk through, but surprise, I did not receive my full deposit...most of it, but not all of it. I've tried contacting Bobby and PMR directly..even tried contacting their accounting department because it was a mistake. I even asked what the charge was for..No response by email after continuing to follow up and not willing to give me back the remaining amount. I called numerous times and asked to speak to Bobby the president, but he conviently was not there every time.
This company caused me major health issues, a great deal of stress, and have no empathy for humans at all. Worst experience ever. Please do not sign a lease with PMR, because you will greatly regret it. Please take this review seriously and do not work with them.

Dear Kelly, I'm sorry about the bad experience you had with your landlord. However Premier Metro Realty was just the realty that rented you the apartment. We have no control over the actions of your landlord. This review is clearly directed towards your landlord and has nothing to do with us.

My bank used this company to reappraise my house for PMI removal. They sent some guy, he took a few photos and left. About a week later I received the appraisal.... and they forgot to include one of my bedrooms into the appraisal and appraised my house as 2-bedroom house (even though all of my 3-bedrooms have windows and closets!) I've tried to contact them back in June in attempt to correct this mistake, but they refused to speak with me saying that I should speak with my bank (even though I paid for this appraisal). I complained to my bank and filled an appeal. After a while they added additional $10.000 to their appraisal (probably because of my complaint) without correcting the main problem - the MISSING BEDROOM. My original appraisal says that this is 3-bedroom house and so the appraisal before that... And this IS 3-bedroom house... Needless to say.... I'm still paying PMI because of their ridiculous appraisal. Very unprofessional...
Absolutely amazing! My roommate & I were getting desperate trying to find a 2BR only a few days before the move-in date when we spied a great apartment on Craigslist. We contacted Mike Levine - who went above & beyond to show us around, push our paperwork through, & even met us one of us to sign the lease on what we later found out was his birthday! Amazing work ethic & generosity from the whole process.
