Firstly you do not get an appointment for a month or two.
Finally when I went in for tire issue for my Tesla X I also had a broken tail light They diagnosed the tire issue and gave me the estimate. Asked them to give me an estimate for a broken tail light too. They refused. Said we are busy and you will have to comeback for an estimate. They would not budge even on requesting them.
Tesla has the worst customer service. Even if you have their premier luxury car they do not bother to treat you well unlike other luxury car dealers.

I used to be one of Tesla’s biggest supporters.
I believed in the innovation, the mission, and the future this company represented.
But after my car was totaled in an accident five months ago, Tesla Insurance turned what should have been a straightforward claim into a long, exhausting experience.
I’ve sent nearly 100 emails and made dozens of calls — but most were ignored.
No one explained why I was still charged for insurance and subscription fees on a car that no longer exists.
It took almost a month just to receive a rental car — which arrived with flat tires. Even when Hertz admitted in writing that they took the car back 12 days early, Tesla never reimbursed me for those missing days.
This ongoing neglect hasn’t just been financially stressful — it’s also affected my mental health.
My doctors have confirmed that the stress and uncertainty surrounding this claim have delayed my recovery and return to work.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of hope that someone at Tesla will finally listen.
Behind every claim number and every “case closed” message is a human being who once admired your company.
Please, fix this system — before more loyal customers lose their trust and peace of mind.

Although I came to the dealership within the published opening hours (30 minutes before closing time) the front doors were closed. There were sales people in the shop but they did only point out that they would not open the doors to let me in. I heard about bad service experiences but could not believe it until today. Tesla is no further option for me when considering buying an electric vehicle.

Was planning to purchase a model 3 today, but when I approached a sales rep and mentioned what I was interested in I got a dismissive "It's over there, I'll get with you later."
30 minutes later, no word from anyone and I see him with someone that came in after I did. I thought Tesla was supposed to have great customer service, but it seems more along the line of fast food drive through.
Edit: I ended up purchasing a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country instead. Especially with the $7,500 EV rebate being discontinued

Zero stars. I live in Beaumont and had to come here. Service was to be completed by 6 pm so I left early from work to be here on time. It is now 6:42, and no one is checking on me or any communication whatsoever. I was told the lobby is closed, so some people don’t even know why I’m still here. Don’t come to this location. I’m not even sure my car will actually be repaired at this point.
Update - 7:27. Someone did find me, and are attempting to repair. I feel like
I should get something on return, but I doubt it.

Set up my appointment a week in advance and went for a test drive to Westheimer Houston location on Saturday.
The sales office doors were locked and there was only one guy in service department pointed at the closed sign. No QR codes or direct numbers on the doors to reach out anyone. The lot was very dirty and there was an homeless dude taking nap in charging area. The place looked very unsafe with few damaged cars parked on the lot with open doors etc. There were multiple clients by the door seemed completely lost including a Tesla owner came to pickup a part. I guess I am very disappointed cause I was expecting better from Tesla.
