0 stars if it would let me. I read the other reviews, and thought to myself, “it will be different for me”…..Believe all the negative reviews.
I will be honest, the young lady I dealt with was nice and polite while telling me that they are incompetent and have no idea how to plan anything. I ordered a high voltage test……17 days in advance….. 17 DAYS. They had 17 days to know I was a customer, knew what I needed, and to plan accordingly. I took off a day of work, I show up 20 minutes early, and they say that “only certain people do the HV test, and they are not here today.” What the heck?? They have morning meetings at Walmart, they have beginning of shift meetings at Burger King….you mean to tell me that a Tesla service shop, that has 17 DAYS advance notice that a HV test has to be done, can’t plan for it and make sure they are prepared??? Basically they said it would take an extra day. But I could not do that since I was leaving for Africa in two days. So I could not get the test done. What a disappointment. They really need to do better.

Stopped in with family to take a first real look. Evan was very helpful and setup a test drive for us. Took a Y for a spin. FSD performed perfectly. You figured it out pretty quickly and everyone felt perfectly safe. Overall great experience with store and vehicle.

Horrible customer service. My wife and I set up an appointment at a specific time and got confirmation for it. We showed up 30 minutes prior to our appointment just to look around while we waited.
When we approached the counter for a sales representative, they were very condescending. At first I introduced myself and stated the purpose of my visit and then the fat white guy and the older middle eastern guy first finished their little convo then popped a joke, and when they finished chuckling turned to me and replied to my notice of appointment with “so did they two so wait until we accommodate them”
I was going to sign for vehicle, but I might as well go to another location. I wanted to talk about details about the vehicle and they are all talking to themselves, standing on the side, and just throwing jokes with each other.
This has been a terrible Tesla experience.
I do not suggest this location if what you’re interested in is getting a Tesla product.
Try checking out other locations like I will do, these two salesmen are not ready to be at the front of the shop.

Terrible. Rescheduled my appointment without my permission. Nearly a month later now. The reason I got was “because of capacity constraints” as if I am not also a tesla owner as well. These people are ridiculous. I have never met any company that is as shady and corrupt as Tesla service.

Evan was absolutely amazing! He was well educated and patient with me through the entire process of purchasing my Tesla. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle.

Pretty frustrating visit. Staff wouldn't let me sit in the car unless I gave them my contact info right away. Since it's never been a requirement at any other Tesla location I've visited, I just turned around and walked out. A shame, because I was actually interested, but this policy is just off-putting.

Went in for a tire rotation. Within 10 mins of checking in I see my car being driven to a parking spot in their lot and it was there the entire time. After 20 minutes I got a notification that my car was ready to be picked up. The tire rotation was never done and when I confronted the service advisor I was told they trust their service staff. Reeks of dishonesty. Never going back to this location.

Test drove a Tesla model Y and ordered it a week later. Christian, in the showroom, was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction and answering all my questions. We can’t thank him enough!
And thank you Elon for the technology!! Amazing!!

Sonya was nice and kind. She helped us on our demo drive. She did not pressure us in any way. She was also very informative. She is a very kind and knowledgeable sales advisor! I will definitely buy a Tesla with her help!
