1 star is to much for the experience I have had with this company. I will never use them. They misused my money and ripped me off. I have never been so upset with a medical office in my life.

I've been calling constantly for a refill and I am still waiting on it. Really unprofessional and I will be going to a different office.

The front desk staff is SO rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I've had numerous billing and insurance problems because of the front desk staff. They also give out wrong information on insurance. They stated they didn't take my insurance, but they do. The medical staff is unwelcoming and rushed. The doctor just left in the middle of my appointment to deliver a baby. I was left waiting in the room. Nobody even notified me of this. The ultrasound tech doesn't even know how to do her job. She missed something very important, which caused a lot of distress. I got a random letter towards the end of my pregnancy that my doctor is "leaving the practice." I'm sure all the ladies that signed a birth contract with this doctor are upset as I am. Very unprofessional. When I called the office to ask questions, they were rude and offered no help. I wish I had read the previous reviews (not just on google) on this facility before making an appointment. If you're pregnant, stay away from this facility.

The receptionist ladies, for the most part lack very basic manners. I needed a lab order faxed over to LabCorp to get some blood work done. Lab orders are given to the patients, however I was unaware that I had to bring in a top cover sheet that simply had my name and a code on it. A simple favor was asked from the Affinity receptionist staff and they lacked any sort of cooperation. One lady gave me such a horrendous attitude and said "the lab orders are given to the patients." as if they don't have the information in their system and could simply fax it over. This is not the only occasion where I felt disrespected, but the way I was treated was the most audacious. I had to wait at LabCorp (a generally 10 minute visit, way to go LabCorp) for about an hour and a half. My husband ended up being late for work because we arrived in the same car & it was just overall such a distasteful and irritating experience.
Another time I was scheduled at 2:00pm for an ultrasound to find out my baby's gender, they re-scheduled last moment to 9:00am, I arrived on time. They made me wait about 2 hours just to see my doctor. I saw her for 20 minutes and then they made me wait another 2 hours because they were "waiting for the ultra sound technician." by the time I was getting my ultra sound done my stomach was growling because I hadn't eaten for about 4 hours & the technician had the nerve to ask me why I hadn't fed myself, being pregnant and all. I swallowed my pride and gave a friendly smile, but I had so many things to say. The first one was "maybe if you showed up on time and the scheduling in this facility had basic respect for its patients, I would've had 2 breakfast servings by now."
Overall, some ladies at the front desk/reception are very lovely and if I knew all their names I would be specific, but a large portion of the receptionists are so rude and condescending. My suggestion is find something better before you sign this place up as your care provider because I don't think I can tolerate the staff for the remainder of my pregnancy. There are reviews written about this place that I wish I read before I booked anything.

I wish I could rate this establishment with zero stars. My wife and I had contacted the on call doctor, "Dr.Ngozi Vivien Ibe", and explained that her legs had been cramping and that we hadn't felt our baby move for over an hour.
We were instructed to have my wife drink something sweet and give her a moment to respond. After my shower I noticed my wife screaming and curled up on the bed. We talked with the doctor and she recommended to take a Tylenol and a hot shower and give it a few hours to subside.
I knew something was wrong and immediately called another doctor "Dr. Louis Knight Jr." We rushed to northwest Houston medical center where he and his extraordinary team saved my babies life because she was 3 centimeters dilated and we experienced partial placental abruption.
If we had listened to this doctors advice we would have lost our baby.
Please, be very careful of this doctor. Her advice could have cost us our baby's life.
After further research from googling her name, the doctor had more complaints from Newark Ohio from similar women with horrifying stories. Please do your research before you are put in the same situation as we were.

On Friday, July 29, 2016 I began to feel cramps and discomfort in my legs. A couple of hours prior I noticed that my extremely active 27 week old baby had stopped moving. As you could imagine I was terrified and filled with worry. My first thought was to contact my doctor/midwife Ms. Kari Eckhart but she was not available. I was transferred to the on call doctor Dr. Ngozi Ibe who showed little to no concern for my serious situation. I explained in detail what I was experiencing and that I had began to cramp in the lower part of my stomach. Dr. Ibe's response to me was to take a Tylenol, a hot shower and lay down for a few hours and if that didn't remedy my pain then go to the doctor. I spoke with her just before 10pm that night. By 1:25am July 30th I had given birth to my 2lb 10oz baby girl due to a partial placenta abruption. When I arrived at the hospital I had already dilated 3cm and was in active labor. Had I listened to the advice of Dr. Ibe my daughter wouldn't be alive right now. This experience is not one that anyone should have to endure so I would encourage anyone under her care to get a more caring and competent doctor because she's far from that!
