I don't recommend that place for buying a car because I took my car there for an alignment, and it was making a noise. They told me it was the shock absorbers, they replaced them, and the noise is still there. They claim to be professionals, but I don't recommend that place; the service is terrible.

WARNING SCAM
My first experience with this dealership and the seller was good. However, about five months after purchasing my car, I started experiencing numerous minor issues. I ended up repairing many of them myself, which cost me nearly $2,000. The most serious issue was with the transmission clutch. I contacted the dealership regarding the warranty, and they did repair it. However, after only one week of driving, I received a “Transmission Overheat” warning while I was on a trip out of town.
Since I was far from Houston, I took the vehicle to a nearby Ford dealership because my car is a Ford. After inspecting it, they informed me that the transmission only contained 1 quart of transmission fluid. I was shocked and couldn’t understand how that could happen.
What made the situation even more confusing was that the dealership that repaired my vehicle had given me an invoice stating that they used 9 quarts of transmission fluid, even though my vehicle only requires about 3 quarts.
After returning to Houston, I brought the vehicle back and spoke with Erick. His response was, “That’s strange. We don’t know why there was only 1 quart of transmission fluid in it.”
At that point, I began to suspect that the mechanic who performed the repair may have charged for fluid that was never actually used. Ford transmission fluid is expensive, and the numbers simply did not make sense.
The repair at Ford cost me over $500. However, I only asked the dealership to reimburse me for the cost of the 3 quarts of transmission fluid, which was nearly $200. Erik told me he would speak with his manager and call me back, but he never did.
After about a week of repeatedly trying to contact him, he finally answered and told me that his manager had approved the reimbursement and that they would send me the money. I waited another two weeks and still received nothing.
Since then, I have called multiple times, but neither Erick or the salesperson who sold me the vehicle has answered my calls. I honestly believe they have blocked my phone number.
To make matters worse, after only about one month of driving following the repair, my transmission started showing the exact same symptoms as before. The car jerks when accelerating, just like it did before the repair. I have tried contacting the dealership again, but no one will answer my calls.
I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. At this point, I feel like I have been misled and ignored after the sale.
If you decide to buy a vehicle here, please inspect it very carefully and make sure all repairs are properly documented and completed before leaving the lot

This place is operating a business under the name **BJON Title Services**, but the business does not exist on Google Maps.
I went there for a consultation because I bought a car at an auction for my friend, but the title was issued under my name. I asked them if there was any legal way to transfer the title directly to my friend’s name.
A man named **Alexandro** and his boss **Melissa** told us that they had a wholesale dealer license and were legally authorized to handle this process.
At first, they told us they would complete the entire process themselves and, once everything was finished, they would provide us with the blue sticker and license plates. However, later they changed their story.
They prepared some paperwork for us and then sent us to the courthouse to complete the title transfer. When my friend went to the counter, the courthouse clerk reviewed the documents and asked him to contact the dealer and request a copy of their dealer license.
My friend called Alexandro and asked him to email a copy of their dealer license to the courthouse, as requested. Alexandro refused to provide the document.
Because he did not provide the license, the title transfer process could not continue. The courthouse staff gave my friend a paper and told him to return with a copy of the dealer license.
We then went back to the dealership. At that point we became suspicious because the document was officially requested by the government, and if they were legitimate, there should have been no reason to refuse.
After arriving at their office and explaining the situation, They started to behave rudely with us and it became clear that they were using another dealer’s information without consent. All the paperwork they had prepared appeared to be fake.
Once we realized they were scammers, we immediately stopped doing business with them and asked for a refund.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. They appear to be professional scammers and show no concern about what they are doing.
They don't value a one star review and if there was the option to review below one star I would have not delayed to do it.

Very poor customer service; they don't answer when you call, and when you're there they serve you reluctantly.

This place is such a scam. They literally sell cars that are all rolled back mileage. The car had 80,000 more miles than they claimed it did. They even offered me someone who could make fake paystub‘s to get approved and told me that I needed more than 4000 down just to get a car. Don’t just walk away run.

Do not go to this place! Literally anywhere else would be better. They are frauds/scam artists. I bought a car from them in December, the NEXT DAY it was barely functioning and blowing out smoke. They were very dismissive and reluctant to actually fix it.
When they finally agreed to fix it they were only supposed to have it for two weeks, they ended up having my car for A MONTH and a half. I’m still having issues with it to this day and they are refusing to fix it and won’t answer any of my calls.

I bout a truck cash from them in October 2024, we're now in March 2025 and i still have not received my title. They have confirmed they have the title but are refusing to give it to me unless I pay $850 dollars in the fees that are not on my bill of sale. I have been patient with them but this is ridiculous and fraud. I will be making a police report today. Buyer beware.
