First of all Thank you! A rusty nail scratched me right under my eye. Another urgent care turned me away. My eye was swollen, hurting, red and discharging. I was terrified my eye could get infected. This place seen a person in need up help and comforting and took action. Thank you

Came in from Coasta Rica with a 4 hour lay over and needed to go to the hospital for severe stomach pain. Literally with in that time they did a CT scan, IV, and prescribed me the medication I need. Highly recommend them and was so grateful for how fast they took care of me. Had 10 minutes to spare once I got back to the airport! Big shout out to Dr. Boester he was incredibly kind and helpful. Wish he was in Ohio to be my doctor!

This team, dr Henderson, Tiffany, jimmy, gg and the lady at the front desk were exceptional. I had a last minute emergency for my 7 year old and we were rushed back, seen, and treated all within less than 30 minutes. We will be back for all of our emergencies. Thank you all so much!

“Great place to get treated at. The staff was professional, kind, and made the whole experience much less stressful. They attended me quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The facility was clean and organized, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. They took such good care of me here from the front desk to my nurse to Doctor Boestor . He was so helpful and willing to make sure I didn't leave feeling the way I came in. I would recommend anyone here.

I had an amazing experience here. From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The detox process was handled professionally and smoothly, and I always felt safe and supported throughout it.
The food was great, which honestly made a big difference during the process. The facility itself is well-run, and you can tell management truly cares about the people coming through their doors.
Most importantly, I feel like a new man. This place gave me the reset I needed and helped me get back on the right path. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about making a change in their life and getting off drugs or alcohol. Special thanks to nurse Chaquawana she was amazing

I recently received care at this hospital and had an excellent experience. The medical team was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment in a way I could understand. The nurses were kind and patient, always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. The facilities were clean and well organized, and the admission and discharge processes were smooth. The best hospital they left no stone un turned they tried to find out. What was wrong with me . They showed compassion and concern for me. They found out after 8 days what was wrong with me. I saw doctors show empathy it wasn't all about the money. HCR Kingwood Hospital was about the money. Send you on your way , we can't find what is wrong with you.
