Came in for some severe dehydration. I was able to get my registration done online so the check-in process was super quick. I sat in the waiting area for maybe a total of 1 minute.
Got my vitals taken and then saw a doctor well within 10 minutes, he listened to all of my concerns and he explained what we'd be doing to get to the bottom of it.
The RNs were super friendly and patient with my almost non-existent veins. I'm very grateful that they didn't give up like a different ER I tried 2 days before trying here. They got me hydrated enough to keep me healthy and I'm well on my way to recovery.

Dr. Henderson and care team were amazing. Came in with migraine headache, nausea, vomiting and stomach pain. Was treated and sent home with meds in 2 hours pain free.

I highly recommend Bayou City ER & Hospital. During my ER visit yesterday, Dr. Boester and Nurse Herman Johnson took exceptional care of me during a medical emergency. From the moment I checked in at the front desk, the entire process was smooth, and my medical needs were immediately treated as a priority.
Dr. Boester, Nurse Johnson, and the entire medical team were knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and took my situation very seriously. I have complete confidence in the care I receive here—I literally trust this facility with my life.
I also returned the next day because I needed my medical records for my PCP. Shalonda at the front desk greeted me warmly, listened carefully to my request, and made sure my records were processed and provided to me promptly while I waited.
From the front desk to the medical staff, I continue to receive exceptional care and service. Bayou City ER & Hospital is truly a 5-star, top-tier facility, and I highly recommend them.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine care, professionalism, and respect. The entire hospital staff made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm, organized, and reassuring. Everyone I encountered was attentive, patient, and compassionate, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.
What impressed me most was how seriously the team took my concerns. They listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout my visit. The level of communication and attention to detail made a tremendous difference.
The facility was clean and well maintained, but the people are what truly made the experience exceptional. You can tell when healthcare professionals genuinely care about the patients they serve, and I felt that here.

I just want to start off by saying this is by far one of the best hospital I've been treated at. Very clean, and organized. I believe that the lord was on my side because at the time when I was having my symptoms I randomly passed by this hospital, but turned around and checked in. Starting from the Emergency Room the physician, and nurses were so welcoming. I did not feel like a number, I felt like a patient. They treated me with respect and dignity. While admitting to the unit the nursing staff, physician, and counselor did an outstanding job communicating with me, and I felt nothing was never rushed. I never knew that hospitals with Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, and Respect still existed. Well I'm speaking from personal experience this hospital does. And I want to thank everyone on my care team that turned a negative situation I was going through into a positive. You guys brought me hope, light, and reminded me that there are people who still care. You guys are angels.

The service was excellent. Dr.Quang was very detailed and took. Terri was a excellent nurse took care of me and had a good sense of humor. Also nurse Karen was also excellent. The whole crew took very good care of me.
