Would not use Bill English again. He had my car for 3 weeks and never fixed it. He kept saying that the check engine light was not coming back on. He never looked at the car period. This shop is very disorganized, and I would not recommend to anyone. They seem to be to busy to take your money. When I showed up to pick up my car the owner Bill English was not there, spoke to his mechanic, and sure enough confirmed that they never even bother looking at the car. Bad business, again would not recommend, unless you have time to waist.

Mr Morales<br>I am a big boy and I will take my lumps when I deserve them. I definitely screwed up on this job. And it was my fault. However, I am going to set the facts straight. You showed up at our shop unannounced (we work by appointment) on one of our busiest days and I was extremely busy. You had a check engine light on. A lot of times, customers come in and want us to check a code for them. We see what it is, and discuss how and when we need to approach the problem. I hooked up to your car to see what it was, but like a bonehead, I erased the code by accident and didn't save it. I told you that we would not be able to get to your car for a few days, but that I would drive it and see if I could get the code to come back on. You were ok with this and told me there was no rush. We did drive it, but it never came back on for us. In all honesty, I do not have time to drive a vehicle for 30-50 miles that it sometime takes to get a code to come back on. But we did drive it several times, and the code did not come on. This means we have nothing to go buy. I should have done a better job in communicating this with you. I am guilty of this. But we did drive the car, and we did look for codes. Never got one. So we couldn't fix the problem. I should have called you after a week and had you come get the car and drive it until the code came back. Then we could have fixed it. But I hate not getting something fixed so we kept it hoping the light would come on. Again, my fault. But why did you not call me to ask about it ????<br>The day you came to get the car, i was out picking up parts. Otherwise I am always at my shop. The mechanic you talked to is not the guy who was working on it - so he actually knew nothing about what was going on with the car. It is not like him to tell someone about their car when he did not work on it. All of my mechanics deny that they told you that we did not work on your car. Second, we are a very organized shop. We put our more work out of this small shop than most 10 bay shops do. We pride ourselves on that. No shop in this area is more organized than ours. We operate a good business and I value our customers time. This is why we won the 2016 Living Magazine Shop of the year in Fort Bend County. In your case, I dropped the ball and am sorry for this . In most cases, if we get a car in here by appointment by 8: 30 am, that car will go out by the end of the day. That is how we do business. Fair, honest, and fast. We are not perfect. Sometimes we make a mistake. In this case, the buck stops with me. I am guilty of trying to get this vehicle fixed at the expense of keeping it to long. I am sorry for this.
