I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. On April 15, 2026, the owner hit my car while operating another customer’s vehicle. Despite being insured, I later learned he had just started his policy that day and falsely claimed insurance. Since then, his insurance has refused to cover the damages, leaving me with a totaled repair situation. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as the lack of transparency and responsibility has caused me a great deal of stress and damage.”

I do not recommend going to this shop, the mechanics there over price you and don’t know what they are doing. I took my vehicle there to get fixed, and they messed it up even more. They replaced my original parts and put something else that didn’t belong, they also tried to blame it on me.
Save your money and look elsewhere. I paid over 2k and they wanted me to pay 1200 more to fix “the issue” I took it another mechanic who fixed it within minutes and charged $100.

When confronted them about the issue they were rude and didn’t let me talk and explain.
Save your money and look elsewhere!!!

This place is a joke they rob you of your money. To get in and out is hard. I was sold a tire within a month it was worn out. These people are a joke. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY here

They are definitely SCAMMERS. I went in for an alignment. Apparently there was an issue that was not mention until the car was picked up. They went on and did the alignment without notifying me. They provide warranty for 3 months, but in order to use it you have to fix the problem with them if not the warranty is canceled. Obviously they sky rocket it the quote price. DEFINITELY PRICE GOUGING. Please read the negative comment as well because honestly that’s who they are I am not the only one that has experience that kind of service and behavior. It looks like they have history of it.

Bad business, this company doesn’t communicate well at all. They get mad at you for asking for more details or better satisfaction and try talking over you. I’ve had to come here 4 different times for the same issue in a single month on top of going out of my way to go over their work to a dealership just to be told the work this place did is wrong. Don’t come here they have low prices but you’ll pay in another way in the long run spend the extra money at a better place than this one. I will not come here ever again.

We had taken our civic to the shop In October for some work as well as to fix some oil leaks. I had left it with my girlfriend and her parents while I left for the Navy. It was in the shop for almost 3 weeks for quite a few things, including an alternator of all things, which, didn’t need to be replaced, an oil pan gasket for the oil leak, valve cover gasket, timing cover gasket, the list goes on. First thing to mention, I return in March. It’s leaking worse than it was. I check the parts list and nothing is replaced. The alternator is still original, the oil pan gasket was NEVER touched. And they broke the upper timing cover. I have never heard of this type of awful work. $1400 dollars later and I have to fix everything myself. Will not recommend. Go to Firestone or somewhere that will back up their work.

I should’ve read the reviews and I would’ve been ready for the girl in the shop with a bad attitude. I actually own a mobile automotive repair company. Being mobile we do not perform alignments because you need an alignment rack and machine. One of my ASE certified technicians just installed all 4 struts assemblies, lower control arms, inner, and outer tie rods on an 07 Dodge Caliber. Of course when replacing all of those components the alignment will be extremely off. This will causing the vehicle to try to veer in different directions.
The girl in the shop came inside the waiting area and said that some thing was installed incorrectly because the vehicle almost fell off the rack. I asked her to show me. She couldn’t show me that anything was installed incorrectly. All she could say was the technician that installed them must have not counted the threads when putting the tie rods back together or something. I explain to her that an ASE certified technician is the one that installed the parts and even when counting threads that is not accurate. That is why you need to have the vehicle aligned. I then asked her how she will fix the issue if something was installed incorrectly. She could not tell me. I explain to her that the only issue is the car is badly out of alignment and that is why I am there. The alignment will fix everything that she thinks is wrong. She refused and insisted something was not installed correctly. It was just an excuse for them not to do the alignment. I took it elsewhere. They performed the alignment in less than 30mins and everything went into specification. The vehicle drove perfectly afterwards. If the owner of this establishment is reading this comment, I would have a talk with your technician about giving false information. When she was talking to me, everything out of her mouth was BS. Especially when the person she’s talking to is also an automotive professional that trained technicians how to do front end, suspension, and alignments. From the look on all your technicians faces when she was telling me this, they all seem like they had no clue as to what they were doing. I will not waste my time going there again. If they don’t want to work then just close the doors and lock the place up because all you’re doing is losing business when they are talking to customers.
