Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the front desk person stayed on his personal phone the entire time I was speaking with him. The doctor I saw was equally dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. This place seriously needs to retrain their entire team on how to treat patients with respect. I would never come back here and don’t recommend anyone else waste their time either.

EDIT 10/3/2025: Got a second opinion from a wonderful PA that is NOT employed here and would ya know it.. looks like there was quite a bit of value to a few simple blood tests. I got referred to a Rheumatologist!
Don’t go here. Horrible bed side manner (Dr Lee). Very weird vibe and feels sarcastic. I immediately felt like I made a mistake coming there by how i was talked to. Tone matters. Interrupting your patient too like.. should I have written this out maybe? The woman that checked me in was pleasant. His nurse didn’t look happy.. just not how you want to be treated when you truly feel sick. I’ve told several people already that I know to avoid yall. One person said yall were the worse hospital she’s been to. I concur!

The appointment scheduling communication at this office is very confusing and frustrating. My husband came to his appointment today and was told there wasn’t one for him. I had called to confirm the PCP and the appointment twice and was never informed that the doctor was on some kind of medical leave.

We got here to the Emergency room and no one was there for a good 10 minutes. It was like it wasn't even a real emergency waiting area. When we got in they seemed pretty dismissive and didn't feel like they wanted to find the problem. And they did not and my family member ended up with a break because a fracture was not found the next day. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Was treated like an alien with four eyes because of the frequency prescribed of Alprazolam by my psychiatrist.
During our last really bad storm with snow forecasted, my psychiatrist office was closed on that Monday in preparation. My Xanax refill was due that day and I was out of the med. I visited in hopes that I could get just three or four pills to hold me until my psych's office reopened which was promised by the next day employees would be working from home.
When the attending physician was informed of the 1mg 4/day regimen he lost composure very quickly and unprofessionally. Uttered rudely "I'll see what I can do", and after an inordinate amount of time the nurse returned with a script for Hydroxyzine (a mere antihistamine). Sorry, terribly ineffective for a person with a severe panic disorder. Thanks ever so much for the added stress.

Don’t ignore the bad reviews! If you’re looking for empathetic and supportive care, please do NOT visit this ER! From intake, the nurse acted as if she was annoyed. I came in for pelvic pain. Dr. Jacobson came into the room, but never introduced himself, and asked about two questions. Upon discharge, The nurse just sat my paperwork on the bed and asked me to sign. I read the paperwork in front of her to find that I have OVARIAN CYSTS (and no one felt like it was worth discussing). I brought it up, and the nurse responded “You’ve never had cysts before?” Also, I did not use the ER as a substitute for primary care. I came in for PAIN. Obviously for good reason. The only nice nurse was the one who started my IV. It was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. The whole staff, besides check-in was weird.

By far this ER the worst ER I have ever been too. The staff is not courteous at all they don't explain anything ti you and the do not work together at all and it takes a very long time for them to answer the call button. I will never visit that hospital again.

Worst ER of my entire life. I had a horrid UTI that felt like a Kidney infection. I saw my obgyn who recommend me to go to ER if my symptoms got worse. I was in so much pain that night that i could not go to sleep. This was followed by nausea, vomiting, hot flashes and fever so i decided to go to the ER. I went in 11/7/2024 and was seen by Dr. David Jacobson. I told him what my obgyn and sarcastically said “oh really? Did she REALLY tell you to go to the ER?” while he was laughing. By this point i already felt like i wasnt being rightfully treated. They then send me to a room to get blood work done and urine tests. The nurse asked me if i was allergic to any medication and i said no. He then proceeded to give me iv fluids and inserted the liquid medications through the IVs. He did this so fast and rushed that i could feel myself choking on the liquids that he inserted through my arms. Afterwards i told him that my throat and ears felt funny and he said I’ll be okay and left. I then started feeling like my throat was closing up and i couldnt swallow so I dialed in a nurse for help. He came in and asked me what was wrong so i told him my symptoms and what i told the previous nurse. It was then becoming difficult to breathe or swallow. Dr. Jacobson walks in and asks what is wron/going on. I cannot answer because i cannot breathe or swallow so i start crying at this point.. i literally felt like i was going to die. He then annoyingly asks“Okay now why are you CRYING?”. Im clearly having some sort of anaphylactic shock, i continued to cry and hyperventilate while the nurse(different from the first one) administers Benadryl. He and the two nurses watched me struggle to breath and writhe in bed for what felt like eternity. Once i was able to breathe at a normal rate they left the room. After a while of shivering and trying to not cry, i heard the staff laughing and ridiculing my allergic reaction. Are you serious? At this point i truly felt like these “professionals” were not here to help me at all but to belittle me for coming to the ER? And worst of all they gave me the worst treatment i have ever received in my whole life? I felt like I probably would have died if the last nurse did not come in time. I don’t recommend this place at all. Especially with the lack of empathy and care. This place needs to be re-evaluated and inspected. As someone who works in health care some of these people should not be practicing. Do not come here. Go the extra mile to get better help in town.
