The hospital was nice. The ER was ok. I got there around 2 and didn't leave until after 7. Everyone was LITERALLY gone and I was still sitting there. I did appreciate the fact that they ran every test to ensure i was OK. The staff were exemplary!

I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ER staff, Isabel and Frank who were FANTASTIC to me while I was going thru my own hell with asthma. Also, the until staff on 3E, Shann, Dena and Deon, Eileen, Rosanda, Eunor, Jess, Dewitt, Kim and Amber. You all were my angels and watched and cared for me throughout my hospital stay! You all deserve a raise in pay and employees of the year plaques! Yes, that’s how much appreciative and grateful I am of all of you for such a great service! God bless you all, for all that you do! 🙏🫶👏🏽

I went into the ER date: 6/12. I’m 13 weeks pregnant so they took me in within seconds. I had RN Rachel and Dr. Zaidi and they did a wonderful job by just acknowledging my discomfort. Compared to Methodist willowbrook, I would choose St. Luke’s over 1000%. I was highly neglected at Methodist so to see the difference with St. Luke’s, it made me feel safe and they got me back on my feet within a few hours. I am beyond thankful for all of the nurses! They work very hard.

The doctors and nurses there thought I might have had a stroke so I was ushered back to the CT scan and bloodwork very quickly. I had the test results on my phone before the doctor came in. The doctor said all my tests looked normal and that I likely had suffered some kind of vertigo. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only disappointment was that after the doctor said okay let’s get you out of here it was nearly an hour before that actually happened…that was disappointing, but the service overall was top notch.

Compassionate and caring. They really try to help and find out what is happening within your health. I enjoyed hearing prayer each morning as well during my hospital stay

The receptions in the ER is very nice and professional my wait time was not long at all The reason why I gave less stars is because the doctor Jessica vo I was explaining to her what was happening with my neck my My main artery and my neck was post-saving and bulging I clearly explain to her something is going on and I'm having pain shoots up the right side of my temple She clearly was not hearing me All my paperwork it just says pain in the neck and have a headache that is not what I told her I have something seriously going on with a main artery and they gave me muscle relaxer and something for information instead of looking and seeing what's going on She said she don't think I should have a CT scan because I've already had one I had a CT scan of my neck in the hospital for what I understanding You guys will be able to see everything She just went by what I told her I didn't get examined for it or anything My artery clearly pumped so hard until it jerks my neck I'm really furious because the hospital did not take me serious what Dr Jessica vo didn't take me serious and then send me home. I know there's something majorly going on that's not normal and I'm trying to get in to see neurologist They didn't even come back into the room and give me my results on the chest X-ray. Yeah I don't want to hear about it there's no news it's good news I want to know what's going on sometimes my chest tightens up none of that was in my discharge paper so whoever reads this review could you please reach out to me because there are certain things that they did not check They did not get back with me and if I die today or tomorrow because I literally came in there with something very serious and it looks like they didn't take it serious everything is documented The staff was really lovely the staff I had no problem with they were great why it's always the doctor that don't listen to the patient. I look forward to hearing from you I will be making some phone calls maybe I can get in touch with you director of the hospital or perhaps Fox 26 channel 13 Just make people aware of why aren't doctors actually listening to their patients

I had a diagnostic procedure done at St. Luke’s Vintage location. The staff was friendly and I was called back to a prep room shortly after arriving. The prep went smoothly except for a slight glitch in inserting the cannula in my arm. I was made comfortable and the procedure started about 10 minutes after it was scheduled. There were no issues during the procedure and I woke up in recovery, After spending about 30 minutes in recovery, I was wheeled back to the prep room where I changed clothes to leave. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider using this hospital again.

My experience was amazing. I took my mom at 8 in the morning Friday the 29th, by 2pm she was in the room. The nurses in the afternoon shift were great, very clean and comfortable. On Saturday morning my mother was getting operated on, I am thankful for all staff that were there on Saturday morning, Urologist Dr. Sukin, Dr. Julio Rodriguez, Nurses and all personnel, Grateful for your service and care.

I had a wonderful experience. The wait time for my CT was minimal and my nurses and technicians were remarkable. They made me feel very comfortable. Talked me through everything and answered all of my questions. My certified nurse ran an IV with the biggest needle ive ever seen but was very gentle.

Nothing but good things to say.

Like always St.Lukes @ The Vintage,is a good ER to go to! From start to finish.All of the employees are so nice and respectful towards the patient.A special thanks,to Dr.Chinwe Anyanwu Krista RN Erik RN Dr. Chinwe Anyanwu, is so thorough and compassionate.
