My elderly mother was cared for in the Emergency Department today. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and experts in their roles. Shout out to Kelly, Antonio, Kendrick, and the very nice receptionist. As a fellow nurse, I knew my mom was in great hands. Thank you St. Luke’s ED staff!

I came in on 2/26/25 with Covid/flu like symptoms and was checked quickly and easily. Within 10-15 min I was taken to a room and had my vitals taken as well as testing for viruses. The staff from the young lady at the front desk to my nurse Albert and Dr. Rosillo were very helpful and friendly. They were thorough and efficient. The longest wait time was to see what the results of my tests were. I was prescribed medication and out in an hour or less. I am so grateful for the team that helped me. Thank you to everyone who worked that afternoon. You all were amazing.

Great experience. Dr Jacobson was very attentive, compassionate and professional.
He made sure I was not in any pain at discharge. I am extremely happy with the care I received in the er that night

Medical Team best, no comparison. They are always motivated to help the patient, they are motivated to conclude the diagnosis correctly and to take preventive measures in the treatment with the most correct methods.
-What is best is that it is not a problem to Medical Team to treat the infectious causes of the disease with antibiotics, which is also the most preventive method.
I appreciate to all of you your help to me, your time treating my health concerns.

Today’s experience at St.Lukes was very good. In our experience, it did not take very long to get seen. I honestly think it depends on what’s going on that day in the ER. I’ve come many times here before. This time, My husband came in to check some spots on his legs and take care of his super swollen ankle. My husband felt very cared for Thanks to Ms. Amanda in the ER. She was very kind with us and answered all our questions with a warming smile. Thank you all very much for helping us!

As a Notary Public from On Spot Mobile Notary, I had the opportunity to visit St. Luke’s Health – The Vintage Hospital. The facility was impeccably clean, and the staff stood out with their professionalism, training, and courteous manners. The environment was pleasant and welcoming for patients, families, and visitors alike. I would rate the experience a full 5 stars!

Amazing service. Front desk girl (brown hair with a soft voice) was extremely sweet, Dr. G (female, short with brown hair) I appreciated her directness with my boyfriend. She was professional and didn’t beat around the bush. The nurse, (black hair and pregnant) gave very good instructions to my boyfriend. Did he listen? No. Treated him very kindly and kept the visit fun. They all made sure he had everything he would need before leaving from papers with instructions for care to antibiotic ointment to apply, even ordered a referral. Thank yall for everything. It was amazing all the way around.
