Denise Long Local Guide

I originally called last week to setup an appt for this Monday 6/6 at 9 am. Showed up and no appt on the books. It was a guy who took my request last week on the phone and did not recall his name. Rebecca Gonzales was service advisor when I walked in and was very unpleasant and downright rude. She made it seem that I was lying to her. She asked me the name of guy who took my phone request..could not reccall his name. Then questioned me if I even called the right place. Seriously I have never taken my newly used car from there as I purchased it from there and I will always take it to Ft Bend to get warranty work handled. I had to once again reset an appt yesterday and it was on the books since I was physically there Monday to rebook it again for Wed 6/8. Said it could take 24 to 48 hrs for my car to be serviced and looked at for ac as well as 25 multipoint inspection. . I asked once again about a courtesy loaner car and once again was told there is a long list of clients who want the same thing and again chip issue was the response. Believe me most folks don't have an extra car sitting around when taking a car to a dealership for warranty work and having to leave for 2 days. When I purchased my car in early February 2022 part of their promotion was a sign on the showroom floor that courtesy loaner vehicles was one of those services given. I actually took a photo of it that night I purchased my car.(attached) So if your location does not have their own loaner courtesy cars than why not pair up with a rental car facility to honor what you stated you would offer to your clients. False advertising as far as I am concerned. Toyota offers the same loaner cars to the clients and backs their ads by offering them to their customers. Had Ii known Honda would not honor this I probably would have gone with Toyota which was my first option of dealer choice as I have had Toyota cars most of my driving life. They honor and deliver what they state.
