My Dr. was R. Funk. He was amazing explaining to me what he was going to do. All of the Pre Op and OR nurses that helped me, Crystal, Shannon and others I can't remember. I really appreciated the Anesthesiologist and assistances explained everything they were doing. Staying overnight, my nurses were Maria, Peace, and I can't remember the last one. KW I know gets bad reviews, but this is a GOOD review. I had EXCELLENT care!

I was treated like a person, not a number. Everyone here was so sweet, helpful and understanding. They were always trying to help me. They took really good care of my elderly husband although I was the patient.

I can honestly say it was above and beyond, from the check in to the day of discharge, the staff really made me feel comfortable and you truly have a caring team that works together. Everyone was very attentive and caring. The level of respect was exceptional. Dr. Luse and Dr. Chen are amazing.

This was my fifth procedure in less than 18 months so I have history here. All visits including this last one has been good to great. This last one was great as the database corrections I have had to put in are now in my file. This let me go through the pre-operation checks much faster without correcting it again.
The staff at HCA has been wonderful in the pre-operation checks and during the day of my procedure. Some staff even remembered me and my wife from past procedures. I try to be happy and funny with the staff so maybe I make their day better.
HCA has improved over the years and have some of the best equipment my doctor tells me.
If he is happy then I am also.

I was on 9 South floor! EVERYONE was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Marcia. She was the sole nurse on duty during my first night there from the OR. She managed the entire floor with incredible grace. Despite being completely on her own, she never made me feel rushed. She was attentive, highly professional, and ensured all my needs were met promptly. Her dedication is truly commendable!
Every nurse, aide, diatery aid, stoma nurse and even the unit manager were all beyond EXCELLENT! The TEAM on 9 south has set the bar high! The TEAM on 9 South, really do CARE for their patients. Thank you TEAM 9 SOUTH for helping me when I could not even see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I recently had surgery at HCA Clear Lake, and my experience was truly wonderful, especially considering how stressful the situation was. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and had excellent bedside manner. The staff was transparent from start to finish, explaining each step clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed.

From check‑in to recovery, I felt genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a hospital where the entire team goes above and beyond, but HCA Clear Lake absolutely did. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of compassion and professionalism they showed during such an overwhelming time.

Highly recommend this facility and their amazing staff.

Literally every person we dealt with was kind, helpful and caring - especially one gentleman who hunted down a jacket for me (wife of the patient) because I mentioned I was "freezing". Very impressed and satisfied with our experince.

I was cared for very well at HCA. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and compassionate. I noted a lot of humor and teamwork among the staff. It made for a good experience. They are a hard working grouo really focused on the patient’s well being.

I visited Solis Mammography, my visit went very smoothly. The office staff was very nice and very professional. The staff who provided my services was very nice and also very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone and they don’t only do mammograms but they do other tests as well.

I can’t say enough great things about Kingwood Medical Center and the exceptional care they’ve provided for my mom during her recovery. From the moment she was admitted, the level of professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness has been outstanding. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
A very special shoutout to Nurse Assistant Latoya, who made a lasting impression on both my mom and me. She consistently checked in, always asking if my mom needed anything and genuinely caring about her comfort and well-being. What stood out most was how she took the time to reassure me with even the simplest requests—those small moments meant everything and showed her dedication to patient care.
It’s clear that this facility is filled with people who truly care about what they do. I’m incredibly grateful for the role they’ve played in helping nurse my mom back to good health. Thank you all for your compassion, patience, and commitment to excellence.
