I recently had an outpatient procedure at HCA Clear Lake Hospital, and my experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish.

Having surgery can be nerve-racking, but the nurses and staff made me feel comfortable, cared for, and supported every step of the way. I would especially like to recognize RN Jessica, RN Lola, RN Sherry, and RN Jada for the exceptional kindness, compassion, and attention they showed me. Their caring attitudes truly made all the difference and helped ease my anxiety.

I would also like to thank the anesthesiologist for making me feel comfortable and at ease before my procedure.

Most importantly, I want to recognize Dr. Deya Dafashy, who performed my surgery. He was incredible. From the care he provided to the excellent outcome of my procedure, I could not have asked for a better surgeon. My pain afterward was very minimal, which speaks volumes about his skill and gentle approach. I truly felt I was in great hands throughout the entire process.

Thank you to the entire team at HCA Clear Lake Hospital for providing such outstanding care. Everyone treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism, and I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience I had.

Was brought in after a fall with a UTI and early sepsis.Everything went smoothly in the ER.I was very well card for throughout.Food outstanding! That tilapia was something to write home bout!

If I could leave a 10 star review I would. From the first moment that I went to HCA urgent care Texas City - the staff there were excellent. They treated me with kindness, compassion. They listened to me and did the necessary tests. The Dr. gave me the option of going home or staying over by transfer to HCA Clear Lake Hospital for observation. I opted to be transferred. Upon arrival, they had called ahead and explained the situation. The Acadian EMS worked quickly and safely got to the hospital. I was given room M102. Installed. All the nurses and techs were great. Especially Nafisa, and Tina. The food was great, really. There was only 1 meal where the chicken was dry. I was transferred to another room C144 South after the room M102 was needed. I don’t remember all the great nurses, Tracie, and all- where fabulous. Patience, listening, understanding, when I had a slight accident, telling me, it’s ok, it’s not your fault. - wonderful. The food in this area, also very tasty. I especially loved the ice cold water, comfortable bed, safe environment. HCA CLEAR LAKE is my hospital of choice.

Starting with my post op visit then my arrival on 5/19/26, day of my surgery, everything was beyond perfect. It continued on 5/20/2026 when it was time for me to leave the hospital, from recovery, to the exit area, everything was perfect, caring and very professional. A couple of days after I returned home, I received a call from the hospital, asking how I was doing and if I needed anything. At 73, and having surgery for the first time, other then delivering my son 54 years ago, my experience with HCA was simply amazing. I cannot thank Dr. Brandon Low, his entire staff and the Hospital for such a caring experience on 5/19/26. All the amazing nurses, the Anesthesiologist, including Rex the Physical therapist , that helped me. I could not have been treated any better. Thank you Dr. Low and HCA for such an incredible and professional experience.

Hands down the best Team and Place They treat you Like you matter !! Take your health Seriously and do Ct scans and Everything staff All is very nice Shout out to the patient Coordinator in the ER shes new started a Month ago She Was The BEST . The nurse that helped me ANC and The doctor Ryan K and Ct scan guy . Every Staff member was AMAZINGGG !

I recently had day surgery for an implant. Everyone that I dealt with at HCA Houston Healthcare was extremely professional and nice. Before surgery everyone came by and introduced themselves to me, which was very nice. My surgery came out just fine.

I was admitted to the South Tower - 4th floor in the early morning hours and was met by Nurse Tara for admitting and getting me settled. She checked on me several times during the night and as morning came I had Nurse Ronny and he went over everything from the night before in the ER and worked most of the day on helping to get me discharged and locating my doctor I needed a consult with. On my end of the 4th floor, the employees from Housekeeping to Medical person in charge were so kind and checked on me often and helped me to feel comfortable. I was so thankful to be in such a caring environment.

I went into ER 19 weeks pregnant and in pain. The staff got me into a room within 3-5 mins of showing up. I was out in less then two hours and got the help I needed. Angela my nurse was so informative and helpful and kind. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Very good experience and I was hesitant based on other HCA experiences I’ve had with family and friends.
