Came 3 yrs ago for my son’s birth & had a positive experience w/ the staff here. Had surgery 1 week ago for another medical issue & was blown away with the nursing staff, Dr, and everyone who contributed to making my surgery run smoothly. I was given a med ball that helped so much for pain recovery, a patch by the anesthesiologist to help with side effects of anesthesia, and more. Not many hospitals offer these things for recovery. Thank you again!

I went to the lab about a week ago and I must say there is one lady that works there on smith 5 names Ruth when I say she was all on the floor walking and taking care of our answers and questions very respectful lady there always so rude there at that lab there was a incident where there was a older lady yelling and asked to speak to a manger the worker said the manager wasn’t in that’s when miss ruth came she was so calm even thought about the ones in the lab waiting and the patient then started to yell I just want to take the time and thank her for thinking of us there people like Ruth need to get recognized where was the manager when this was happening no telling. But Ruth took care of it

I had all 3 of my children here. I just had my last baby 2 weeks ago. I went in for a scheduled induction and we entered on the ER side. There was a man there that was immediately helpful, he was super nice and walked us up to L&D. During my labor my nurse was named Terrie and she has amazing bedside manner, she is the BEST nurse i’ve ever had! DR Marcantel was also great. All of the staff were so helpful and fast with everything! Everyone made my L&D an absolute wonderful experience especially nurse Terrie! Houston methodist is also great at checking in on you after your care there.

I can tell you that this is my first time at this hospital. I was very skeptical because I had a terrible experience at another hospital, whose name I won't mention. I didn't want to go to any hospital after the poor treatment there. However, the experience here was excellent. From check-in, labs, pre-op, surgery, post-op, and the observation room, everything went perfectly. The staff was very kind and attentive to me at all times. Since I'm a Spanish speaker, they were very helpful, and an interpreter was always present to translate all the procedures. Thank God everything went well. From now on, this hospital will be my number one. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
