The staff is so nice all of them! They are so knowledgeable. I was asking alot of questions and for them to explain certain things and they were patient and explained and repeated themselves until i was comfortable with the information. The ER was cold but the staff was passing out warmed blankets that was so thoughtful. There were therapy dogs 🐕 that came to visit the room that was such a treat. The facility was clean. The hospital strives to put you at ease in a very stressful situation. Thank you for the compassion and the care you gave our family!

Very Disappointing Experience
We had appointments at 6:00 PM, but the MRI wasn’t done until 10:00 PM. The whole family waited outside for hours with no updates or communication from the staff. We kept asking for information, but all they said was that they didn’t know what was happening on the MRI side. It was completely disorganized and unprofessional. We had no idea what was going on the entire time. Very frustrating experience.

My Partner and I recently just visited the ER here and the service was absolute garbage.
The staff were incredibly rude, and impatient.
My partner explained that she wasn’t comfortable with needles, the nurse asked what arm she would like it in and my partner stated that she would prefer it in her right arm. The nurse than stated “The left one is perfectly fine so i’m going to go for the left arm” after my partner explained she’d prefer it in the right arm multiple times.
What’s the point in asking which arm a patient prefers if you are going to go against what they are comfortable with? Especially if they haven’t even flicked the arm or tested the veins?
The Female Nurse also stated “That it should be fine as your skin is see through” i’m sorry, but in what case does this make any sense??
My partner asked a question as she was told they might not be able to help her and where she should go to seek further medical assistance, which the same Female Nurse replied with “That’s above my pay grade. I only work here to prevent loss of limbs and death”.
In what world is that okay?? I understand when things are above your pay grade, but merely helping out a patient isn’t. No one with a mindset like that should be working in a hospital. Every patient should be treated equally and with proper amounts of empathy and compassion.
The last part I want to state is the treatment from one of the Male Nurses.
Once my Partner was ready to be discharged, she needed her IV catheter taken out. The Male nurse that approached her, squatted down to her and proceeded to roughly rip off the tape and tegaderm.
He then ripped out the IV Catherter and threw it in the trash in a hurry.
Where did the patience go?? Aren’t you supposed to be carefully taking out such sensitive material? Especially needles?
It has left her arm whelped and swollen.
Won’t be coming back again. Your staff need to do better. Get some rest and come back with a better attitude. No one like those impatient, rude people should be working in healthcare.
Would give a 0 if possible but i guess a 1 will do.
Don’t recommend people for people who have hospital anxiety, troubles with needles or anxiety in general. Not a pleasant place.

My experience was confusing, I didn't know what to think, maybe because of the anectexia, but now I feel great, thanks Dr. Valderrabanl!

My mom (MaryAnn Alpha) was recently hospitalized for 14 days. She had surgery to clear two blocked arteries. Surgeon was fantastic and despite not always being pleasant to deal with, my mom received the best care! She was in the Unity Tower on the second floor (room 2091). THANK YOU to EVERYONE from the Charge nurses to those who cleaned the rooms ... without exception, we were very pleased! I spent 5 nights there and always felt welcome. Food in Cafeteria was great too!

My husband was in the ER last night. We had a wonderful experience despite how busy they were. After our last experience here I was worried, but we had an awesome nurse, i believe her name was Michelle. The ER doctor had good bedside manner and kept us well informed.
