My 4 month old was treated with no empathy! He had a finger that was dripping blood from an accidental snip and the nurse took his precious time “gathering” information that could have been taken after they stopped the bleeding. My baby was also obviously in a lot of pain and needed some Tylenol and medical attention ASAP!!! The nurse was very condescending to us as his parents and told us he had to blow on the babies face to give him the Tylenol, I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS TO BE TRUE. Since we aren’t medical experts we asked him to do it. I always thought the nurse was suppose to give the medicine not the patient!!! He wanted to teach us how to give the baby Tylenol while the baby is screaming his head off from the pain. It broke my heart at how he was treating my baby. But what he did next has traumatized me and haunts my brain! He then ripped his mask off his face and grabbed my baby face and blew as hard he could have filled with frustration and aggression (the gesture was like he was spitting on my baby versus a blow to get a baby’s attention) and squirted all the Tylenol from the syringe into the baby’s throat obviously making him choke and it was all over his chin. He didn’t even consume any of the medicine. DISGUSTING human being should never be allowed to work with another baby! EVER!!!! I immediately asked for another nurse. The second nurse was patient and consoled us as parents. Although, the experience has already caused us to never want to return. The damage is done.
My husband and I found out from another nurse that is not the way to administer oral medicine to a baby. Especially with Covid!!! He needs to be Fired!!!…this was a innocent and helpless baby! we are still in shock and filled with anger.

What a terrible ER experience. ZERO hurry from anyone. The waiting room is an overgrown triage with people laying in chairs for 7 hours before they even get a bag of fluids. No one seems to have a clue what you are there for and you'll never see a doctor other than the first time you go back. Remind me not to go to the hospital if I'm really sick or having chest pains... OH WAIT....

This morning I had decided it was time to visit the ER after a week of trying to treat my condition at home. I was so nervous when I first came in because I have a condition in which I've had more than my fair share of ER visits (and not all of them with compassion), but from the moment I was greeted everyone was very sweet and sympathetic. I was immediately brought into a comfortable room and offered a blanket. I was then greeted by Dr Utech who took the time to listen to my history and my 2 wonderful nurses who did everything possible to get me feeling better. The 2 CT techs who did my scan were kind as well and made sure I understood each step. My entire time here far exceeded my expectations for a busy emergency room. Thank you all for your compassion and hard work!
This hospital is the worst! We took my 90 year old grandma in and the staff were the rudest! It was a joke and they wouldn't update us on anything they kept talking to my grandma who can't hear or barely see they didn't even acknowledge that my older daughter was her care taker they ignored her even at one point a male nurse got in her face and put his finger in her face. I truly hope they get as sick as some of those people were and have better care than they provided next time will choose another hospital

My son and I had to go to the emergency early on a Sunday. He fell into the pool, knows how to hold his breath but I wasn't sure how much water he took in. We were seen almost immediately, I was still filling out a form when the nurse came to get us.
From the security at the front, each nurse, the x-ray tech, the doctor, we were met with genuine concern, each one was gentle and attentive to my 5-year old. The doc even let him see his x-rays so he is telling EVERYONE I saw my bones! I hope we never have a serious reason to return but I am grateful for the care and concern from the staff. THANK YOU!
Good doctors but the worst operator ever. I called the main line on May 17th,2024 at 10:00 am and asked to be transferred to Dr. Kamat. The lady had the nerve to hang up on me after saying, "You are calling the hospital."
I called again and the same lady picked up. I immediately said, "Don't hang up on me. I need to be transfered to Dr. Kamat' office."
The following conversation is true word by word,
Operator: We are not at the doctor's office. We are not even at the hospital.
Patient: I need to be transferred to Dr. Kamat's office.
Operator: We don't have that doctor.
Patient: Her name is Dr. Kamat. K-A-M-A-T. She is an encologist.
Operator: What is her first name?
Patient: I don't know her first name. I only know her last name. K-A-M-A-T.
Operator: What kind of doctor is she?
Patient: Oncologist
I am not sure if the management knows about the phone service we get as patients. I hope this comment will bring the right attention to this issue.
