Worthless ! He is in a meeting or phone call every time you reach out and doesn’t call back . Staff can’t help with disputes and gives the same run around corporate proposes . Basically you are better off going with a real insurance agent who will represent you and not tow the corporate shenanigans

Sorry to say this ...but this is the worst agent ever. They will not stand behind you. Just a bunch of salesmen. Asked several times to speak to the main agent and never got a call back. My claim was denied and they did not help me to even understand why. Helpless or maybe Hopeless. My flood insurance was cancelled because they never notified me to renew it. Over all poor. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I never leave reviews but in this case I don't want anyone to experience what I did with them. Working without an agent is the way to go in this day and age. Working directly with the insurance company is the best and saves you money. You don't need an agent middle person.

Ross got me out of a huge jam on Good Friday afternoon. Was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get my car until Monday but he made it happen!!! Will tell all my friends what great service Jeremy and his team have!!
