Absolutely disgraceful service from QA.
My professors submitted my marks on time, but QA still has not released my results. Because of this delay, I am now past my visa expiry date and unable to apply for my PSW/Graduate Route on time.
The Ask4Help team, especially Sima and Rudi, have handled this terribly with vague replies and no real action. They have the audacity to ask me not to keep emailing the uni
If my results and a formal delay letter are not issued within 24 hours, I will be contacting student organisations, external complaint bodies, and the media.

I gave it a 3 because it’s a good university and I made friends there. It was a fine experience but I was doing a master’s in marketing and already working in the field for five years. When I saw the classes, it felt like information from 2021 and it was sad. However, I received help from staff and other sources so I gave it 2 for the university materials but 5 for the staff. I always felt supported.

I recently completed my Master’s degree at Northumbria University, London Campus, and honestly, I regret studying here. The university charges a very high tuition fee, but the support students receive in return is disappointing. Professors often don’t have time to listen to students’ concerns or provide proper guidance.
If you’re someone who genuinely wants to learn, work hard, and earn good marks through effort, this may not be the right place for you. However, if you’re just looking to enroll for the sake of having a degree without much focus on attendance or doing assignments yourself then this university might suit you.
Overall, I expected much better academic engagement and support for the amount of money I paid.

My journey as an international student at Northumbria University London has been nothing short of amazing. Despite the fees being a bit on the higher side, the quality of education and genuine care shown by many of the academic staff makes it well worth the investment. I have no regrets choosing this university.
Special thanks to lecturers like Mr. Kokonda, Mr. Isaac, and Mrs. Nneka — true gems in the education space. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to understand and support students through academic and personal challenges made all the difference for me.
One of the main challenges I faced was during the enrolment process. I was unable to attend induction lectures due to delays, which I later had to sort out by contacting the helpdesk. Thankfully, they respond promptly via email, so I recommend future students complete their enrolment as early as possible to avoid missing important sessions.
Now, a very important distinction: the gentlemen at the welcoming desk downstairs are absolutely amazing. Always polite, calm, and happy to direct or guide you — they set the right tone for anyone entering the building.
However, the same cannot be said for the student helpdesk upstairs, which has unfortunately been a low point in my experience. On one occasion, I was rudely told, “YOU GOT NO LECTURES — GO HOME UNTIL ENROLMENT IS COMPLETE,” by an Indian male staff member who behaved like he ran the university. It was aggressive, uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional — especially when students are already stressed and trying to get help.
To that staff member, if you ever read this: students come to you for support, not for verbal abuse. If you’re having a rough day, there’s free coffee on the third floor — we’re not here to absorb your frustration.
I sincerely hope Northumbria takes steps to address such behaviour — it does not reflect the otherwise welcoming and inspiring environment the university provides.
Despite that negative experience, I’ve had an overall amazing time here — from breakout room conversations to having access to quiet study spaces. I’ll carry these memories and the people I’ve met with me always.

I recently completed my master’s at Northumbria University London Campus, and it was an incredibly valuable experience. The campus offers a vibrant learning environment, with a strong focus on real-world applications and industry insights. The practical workshops were particularly helpful, as they allowed us to apply theoretical knowledge and develop hands-on skills.
One area for improvement would be to increase the number of practical workshops and enhance career support services, such as lecture follow-ups and campus placements. Overall, Northumbria provides a solid foundation for postgraduate students, and with a few additions, it could offer an even more comprehensive learning experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to study in the heart of London.

It has been a wonderful journey in Northumbria University London Campus, and the attention of my lecturers to the students during interactions of studies is superb. But my appreciation won’t be complete if don’t recognize my student representative for 2023/2024 by name MOHSINA SALMAN. I give her 💯because of her dedication and commitment to the service to all so far. She has been of great value, and assistance in helping others. I commend her and applaud her efforts. Mohsina made the journey smoother and easier to us with her dissemination of informations, guidance and assistance in solving problems academically.
