Had an excellent stay at The Westin Galleria Houston. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the Galleria for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our room was spacious, quiet, and offered great views of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day.

My hubby and I have been staying at the Westin Galleria for a few weeks and all the staff are great that work in the hotel. But I must say, the highlight of our visit has been Vilma in the Club Lounge. Vilma is amazing!! Talk about someone with a wonderful personality, who genuinely makes you feel better just by being greeted by her in the mornings. She is a true gem! Very accommodating and she ensured that my husband and I were well taken care of each day. Westin could not have a better person orchestrating the lounge. Vilma, you are exceptional at your job and it was a true pleasure getting to know you. I pray that we will have an opportunity to see you again on a future visit. Take good care and be blessed! Isidro at the front counter was amazing. Great customer service and very professional, polite. Very hard to find that these days . In the morning for breakfast Carmen was extremely nice and serviceable. She helped our big family enjoy our breakfast and brought our kids coloring so they could be happy and we could enjoy our time . Thank you and we will be back here soon. Thank you for your hard work. This is the cleanest hotel in the area, staff is friendly and welcoming. Carmen goes out of her way to ensure guest are comfortable and enjoying their stay. Brenda and staff do a great job in having breakfast and coffee hot and ready! I highly recommend!
We were in Houston to celebrate my cousin 65th birthday celebration April 17-20 2026 We found the Town Place Suites. When we went to the front desk Mustafa was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate our needs at the spare of the moment, he was so friendly and willing to help us have a wonderful stay . The breakfast was good and hot . We highly recommend staying here, the rooms were nice and clean the beds were comfortable. 🤗😊
So I am only three days in to my five night stay but I’m going to go ahead and do my review because this is exactly what I expect for a business day. I’ll be honest I usually stay at Hilton hotels but this is literally across the street from my work and I am so pleased with this hotel. The room is just absolutely incredible. I love everything about it. It’s clean and has everything I need, including a full-size refrigerator, all the dishes and cookware, a dishwasher, and a two eye stove. The bathroom is awesome. The shower doesn’t have a door it’s walk-in, but it is so neat. I have a really cool sofa that pulls out, which I don’t really need, but dang it is so comfortable!! I’m sitting here doing my work work and school work and watching TV and reading and everything when I get back to the hotel. What can I say? I have it all. If you don’t believe me, look at the pictures. also I brought my own pillow but this bed wow this bed it is almost as good as my fancy bed at home. I sleep so good that I am thinking. Maybe I should rethink being a Hilton girl and switch to Marriott. I forgot to mention that the
Breakfast is really good too. Starts at 6 o’clock on the weekdays and consist of some kind of eggs and bacon or sausage. As well as waffles and a variety of other cereal and juices. I also liked that there were also good streaming options where I can sign into my own account. I really like that so I’m on the big screen.
After reading reviews I almost canceled our reservation and I am so glad I didn't. We were here for dance convention. Amazing location. It is connected to the mall directly. It was very convenient for food court. We parked at brown garage for free! Just know it is not connected to the hotel. It is right next to it! I received email a week before our reservation from the manager asking if there was anything we needed. I requested a microwave and high floor. It was given to us no problem. View from our our room was incredible! I was very impressed with just overall service. Our room was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. We used the pool outside as well. My son loved it. We loved our stay and definitely will come back!

A business trip made perfect! Absolutely loved this hotel, but most importantly the people working. All were kind - I was in a group and was on a different level than the others and staff overheard me say I was sad about it and so they changed my room - I didn’t even ask! It was the sweetest thing. The view was great of Houston and I loved having access to the mall!
