Big shout out to the front desk manager Mustafa. I lived in the hotel for a few months while on internship, and he was friendly and warm it felt like every day!

I thought id always gone to a great hotel until that hotel didnt have rooms available for me. I was recommended to this place! I was floored at how calm and relaxing thos environment was. The workers love working here. I can just see in their interactions. What I like about these hotel rooms is they are like mini studio apartments. The upscale of a hotel with practical sense (big fridge, stove etc). Im coming to this location everytime im visiting for my work trips! Shout out to Ms. Brenda, the cook. The food is delicious and customer services is amazing!

This has become one of our favorite hotels to stay at while in Houston. Convenient for shopping at the Galleria and close to good restaurants. The rooms are clean and bedding very nice.

I reallllly enjoyed my week stay here at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The bed 🛌 was so soft. The temperature in the room was nice and comfy 😌. Will I be back! O...most definitely if the Lord says the same ❤️.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The property checks all the right boxes, so my family and I always look forward to staying here. 5 STARS TO CARMEN!!!!! She is the lovely supervisor of housekeeping and was able to help me get my AC back up and running in the heat of Texas. Amazing staff and team, great hotel for work trips, they also have breakfast in the AM!

If every time I called a Westin and a Janaya answered… I’d book more. She was extremely pleasant. Traveling with a nursing baby and needed to confirm if my room had adequate storage for milk. She offered to store it with security. I also needed to check in early, she confirmed there were rooms available before 3:00. Excellent customer service.

Our month long stay at the Westin Galleria has been a very pleasant one. The convenience to restaurants and shopping is great. It is also conveniently located with easy access to downtown and other areas of interest in the Houston metropolitan area. What made the stay particularly nice was the staff. Everyone we encountered treated us well. In particular, I thought Kailyn, Ben and Taylor were awesome! All three of them were always very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience while we were in Houston. Special shout out to Kailyn for always ensuring that we were hydrated. I so appreciated Kailyn’s pleasant attitude and enthusiasm whenever I saw her. I will miss her. I also want to thank Ben for helping us with the room issue that we encountered. Ben ensured that we were promptly moved to a nice room so that we could enjoy the rest of our stay. And Taylor was kind enough to share recommendations on where to get a pedicure in the area. I look forward to seeing all of them again if we are ever in Houston in the future. Thanks Kailyn, Ben and Taylor!

Overall, staff has been amazingly Kind, helpful and friendly. The facility itself is clean and very well organized. We have felt as if we have not left our home because they truly make an effort to make Our stay feel very comfortable and Homie. The breakfast Staff is very professional, and extremely courteous.The breakfast has been thought out, always hot fresh and the items are never the same from one day to the next. The housekeeping staff has not let us down. Any time we’ve needed anything they are quick to Assist us.
