I have been a patient here for 3 days. I am shocked at the lack of care. 1st off they placed me in sort of a holding room that had 3 walls and a current. The room has no sink, shower or toilet. I have had to urinate in a bed pan. If I need to have a bowel movement you have to go all the way down the hall. The nurses do not make rounds. The only way to get their attention is to leave your call lite on for 20+ mins. I have been here 3 days and haven't had the opportunity to take a shower. They have not offered to change my linens. There has also yet to be a housekeeper come into the room to clean. I will not ever use this facility again. They need to get it together or it will end up a giant vacant building.

Came in because I’m 6 weeks pregnant and started cramping w/ bleeding. They got me in the back pretty quickly the only thing is it’s not a clean environment at all. The waiting room is a mess, the room they took me to had spots of blood on the floor. When she put my IV in she didn’t even wipe my blood off of my arm. Then my IV is done and i was told “not right now” when i asked if they could take it out … the lady at the front desk seem to have an attitude .. all of them really except for the one that did my ultrasound and put my IV in. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here only came because it’s the closet one to me. NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The hospital called my emergency contact in another state after midnight asking how to reach me. It was the night before my 10am elective surgery appointment and they had a cancellation so they wanted to reach me to move my appointment up earlier. But they refused to specify why they were calling and so it scared my loved ones. I had been sleeping and didn't answer my own phone because it was after midnight!

The Physicians and the Memorial Health System seem to be completely indifferent to the value of your time. Show up and wait for 3hrs and 40min before going into surgery. Oh, btw, it was cataract procedure. A 15 min procedure. Would not recommend and wherever you go make sure they don't do the same to you.

I brought my roommate in for a terrible migraine. She needed a migraine pill to cure what she has been experiencing/going through since she was 10 years old. The med is the only thing that has worked for her. From the moment we walked in the staff treated us like a burden. The receptionist was rude and had zero sympathy/sense of urgency. The nurse triaging her an attitude and was mocking her and the ER doctor was arrogant/condescending and had a major God complex. He would not give her the pill she was asking for which is a standard treatment for migraines. He simply said they didn’t have that there. We wound up walking out and would strongly advise anyone to not come to this clinic. My sister is in the medical field and confirmed this is not and should not be the standard for healthcare. This is unacceptable and something needs to be fixed/changed staff wide.

After calling my sons pedi for a virtual visit because he was running fever and crying, literally that his ear hurt. She wouldn’t see me over phone and I had absolutely no way to bring him. Then I find somewhere that does virtual visits and the dr says they can’t do nothing over the phone yet again. By this time I’m aggregated. my only available ride wouldn’t be till later when urgent cares would be closed. So I find the closest 24 hour emergency. And called before hand to see insurance info and if they would treat my sons ear and explained my situation. She made it seem like it was no problem. Later that night, the front desk man Derek ask what he was being seen for? And became extremely rude, wouldn’t let me explain it’s the only time he could be seen. Said we would have to wait forever because other people actually have snake bites and broken bones. I already felt stupid for taking my son that’s why I called before hand earlier that day. Another day of school missed because a fever and a kid crying through out the night his ear hurts. Will not be back.

I don’t recommend this hospital for your loved ones. They don’t listen to families and they don’t welcome family involvement. Patient relations lady is a joke. We told her we found our loved one medication in the trash and she said will call the nurse in charge and never got to our room. The nurse simply charted she did, the next day she was extremely nice to us. Also, we requested a different CW, Maricella is dismissive, she provided her personal opinion when we never asked for it. She said very hurtful and negative comments to us and we weren’t comfortable with her. The patient relations lady disregarded and even went with her in the room..Where are the doctors and team that cares about their patients and look after them??? This is a horrible place and I will give 0 stars. They don’t care about family concerns and threatened us with charging $5000 per day if we didn’t leave the place like a life don’t matter, but God knows the true and I hope this doesn’t happen to other families. They all cover for each others. They also threatened us to call the adult protective services, to try to clean their hands on the things they didn’t do. The communication in that hospital is horrible then they just threaten you to send your loved one to a nursing home or call adult protective services to cover their assets. Never experienced such horrible hospital stay experience. The nutritionists never saw our loved one. I am only thankful for two nurses that we could see loved jobs, and two doctors that did tried to help, but at the end we are human the focus is helping

Billing dept does stink bc I have not still received my refund check in the mail and they keep on saying they will follow up on it and call me back but never do. Really upset bc it had been 2 months now and it is a real hassle to keep calling them back to check up on it.

my friend and I visited this urgent care based on a recommendation from another urgent care and we immediately regretted it. After my friend experienced a traumatic event, we tried lightening the mood in our own private room and the nurse MARIO 2/27 told us to “shut up or else I’m getting security to get you taken out”. It was incredibly insensitive, as my friend had just experienced something traumatic, was full of anxiety, and immediately experienced those emotions again when he told us to be quiet or else he was going to call security for Simply laughing after a hard night. We will be calling corporate and take this further. He was incredibly disrespectful from the start. I understand overnight hours are not ideal for most people, but if you choose to be in healthcare, people are your first priority. The security and front desk was very sweet and was nicer than the healthcare staff.
