I don’t like sugar land location the ppl on the front desk or who ever take appointments r rude i just want to change the date of my son therapy that lady picked up the phone was so rude I will change the location they r not helpful she hung up on me idk what’s wrong with her she was so rude every time I go there it feels like they Discriminate against me please hire good ppl who can talk nicely I am so mad i won’t anyone to recommend this location

Just recently gave birth at this facility. Once I was checked into my room, my nurses and doctor were a 10/10. I had Kaitlyn, Jamie and Dr. Kim. Jamie was my nurse. She was with me all day and took me through delivery. I will never ever forget her. I trusted that I would end up with the right people and I was SO blessed. Great nurses. Great doctors. Very knowledgeable and respected all of my wishes.

I had a scare and came here because of location. From start to finish, everyone who I encountered was amazing! I was in and out in a timely manner, the facilities are clean and up to date. Every person from the front reception, nurses, ultrasound tech and my doctor were all wonderful. Will definitely make this my go to spot from now on. They really helped to put my worries at ease and gave me the most thorough care. Thank you to the staff at this location! You made my experience.

I just had surgery here today. The staff during pre-op was very kind and everything went smooth. However, after being under anesthesia I was released 15 minutes after my surgery was complete. The second I woke up they told me it was time to go. Neither myself or my spouse, who was there the whole time, received any post-op information, no information about how the procedure went, no instructions on how to take care of the surgical site, no information on if there was to be any prescriptions sent in for pain or anything else. Just woke up and was told it was time to go. I absolutely blame a lot of this on my doctor. That being said, the staff here should have information to be helpful post-op as well. I've been calling since arriving home to get any information possible, but the only extension I was able to dial where someone answered was someone not on site that said they would send a message to them. Very disappointed that it turned out this way after things were so promising during pre-op.

Their doctors do not communicate or care. They found endometrial cancer in me in 2019 and went way out of their way not to tell me. Now I'm dying from it. This is not the first time or last time this has happened. This is their culture. They don't care whether you live or die. This is criminal.

I recently had the privilege of experiencing exceptional care at Memorial Hermann Emergency Room in Kingwood and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff and the quality of service provided!
The facility itself was clean, well-equipped, and organized, further enhancing the overall experience.
The staff’s commitment to excellence, combined with their genuine compassion for patients, made a stressful situation much more manageable. I am immensely grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of emergency medical attention.

To be honest, I can't see how anyone could not give this place 5 stars. I guess there are too many Karens and Kens out there. I went in to get a hemorrhoidectomy (the most painful after surgery there is), but I could not be more pleased with the place. From the time I entered to the time I left, everything was top notch. All my questions were answered precisely and clearly. I didn't feel like a patient at all while I was there. I felt more like I was surrounded by new friends who actually cared how I was doing and made sure to put my mind at ease that everything was going to be fine. Once the procedure was over, they made a final check to make sure I was ok to be discharged. The next day, I received a call from them to see how I was doing. In closing, I highly recommend this place if you need to have surgery done.

Had a scheduled c section and my doctor, nurses and staff in the operating room were great. Barbara is an angel. Maria in the front desk in the waiting area on the 3rd floor
was absolutely rude and condensing. That level of treatment to a paying customer is unacceptable .
