The COVID19 protocols were not respected by the woman taking my admission paperwork and payment. Her mask was continuously below her nose!!!
In the waiting room, there were chairs less than 6-feet from the hand sanitizer.
The staff was otherwise very polite and wearing masks.

This was my first birth after a 25 year break and I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. From labor with Shantana and Fridia to postpartum with Nancy and kris, I'm very happy I chose to have my babies here. Not a single complaint.

Night of 01/19/20 7:40 pm - 9:45 pm. My family will never be going to the Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital again. We took our mother to the emergency room because she was crying from body aches and nausea. When she started experiencing other symptoms such as chest pains, they said we would have to wait until we were called to mention the other symptoms to the doctor or nurse (And the wait was 2-3 hrs based on urgency). They asked for a urine sample from my mother while we were waiting. When I had the urine ready in a cup inside of a bag, I didnt know who to give it to. The receptionist was no help at all. I soon found out that I was supposed to place the bag in a grey container that was on a trash can next to the reception desk. There was no sign and wouldn't that be prone to contamination!? What if a child or someone else grabbed or dropped the container? Not only that. They were taking people's blood pressure in the waiting room. A women had to lift her shirt half up her chest to get her blood pressure taken without any privacy at all. We ended up taking my mother to Clear Lake Medical Center. Within 20 minutes after we arrived, my mom was hook on an I.V. and morphine to deal with her pain. XRays were taken while she was sitting down so she wouldn't have to walk anywhere.

I had a great experience at this place. Convenient location and clean facility. Reception was organized and I didn't wait long to be brought back for my procedure. The staff here is top notch. I am very anxious in these situations and my nurses were patient and attentive. The anesthesia team addressed my concerns and kept me extremely comfortable. I was informed of how much I would pay for services provided with no surprises. I would come back here without hesitation. I highly recommend!!!

The surgery center staff were welcoming and really made us feel at home. The care we received from our nurses exceeded our expectations. The anesthesia providers were excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience.

Terrific experience. It is so stressful going in for surgery but the staff did an excellent job of taking care of my family member. The process was efficient and everything was over with very quickly. They explained everything that was going to happen and put us at ease going into the surgery. Thanks for making a difficult experience as painless as possible.

My stepdaughter had her tonsils removed on 12/19/19 by Dr. Powitzky. Thanks to the preop staff being on the ball and Dr. P showing up early, the procedure was able to be done earlier than scheduled. The staff was helpful and incredibly kind, particularly the anesthesia department. Dr. Wells and the CRNA Lin went above and beyond to make my stepdaughter comfortable and to ease her nervousness, including checking up on her after the completion of the procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
