The customer service provided was exceptional. The showrooms maintained an outstanding level of cleanliness. Staff were welcoming and courteous.
The service department's diagnostic procedures appear to be overly extensive in identifying vehicle issues. The presentation of video evidence, suggesting a fluid leakage, was inaccurate. The fluids shown on the shop floor was not my vehicle. I am a bit hesitant in authorizing work on my car.
