My experience started bad and got worse as i dealt with my salesman Sam. He left me outside in the heat while he was trying to wrap up with another client. I understand that he was dealing with someone else before me, but he could have let me know and I would have waited inside instead of outside in heat with my son and daughter. He came back out about 20 minutes later and led me to his desk so we can go over the price of the vehicle and see if I wanted to go on and purchase it. He sat me down and asked to fill out some forms for a "soft pull' for my credit score. I told him I wasn't ready for that without knowing the total price of the vehicle. You could tell he didn't like my answer. So he went to get a price from the "manager" and the price came back MORE than what it was listed on line for. I told him it was a lower price on line before I went in. Mind you I literally looked at the price right before I drove there. He said that the price he was showing me is the listed price and that if I saw a lower price to show him. (Of course when i looked it up right then and there the price went up) We went back and forth with each other about the price I had saw right before I got there. He was very argumentative about the price so I asked to speak to the manger. He REALLY didn't like that and gave me an attitude and asked why I would like to speak to a manager and what could he do to fix it. By that time I was UPSET. Manager came and I explained the situation. Manager agreed with me and said yes, the price i said was the price listed THAT SAME DAY AND IT CHANGED SINCE I GOT THERE. Needless to say Sam didn't like any of this and his demure showed it. I asked the manager if I could deal with and not Sam going forward with the process. Manager was kind enough to finish the process and I ended up buying the vehicle. I write this review to advise any one buying a vehicle to screen shot the vehicle with the price if its a price you're willing to pay/negotiate. Be ware of sales man like Sam that seem like they're only in the business to make money and do not care how they come across or the means to get the commission they want.
