Physical therapy was amazing! Ray did a great job! Shawn, my CNA was always so friendly and he was so quick to help. Connie was always so cheerful and took great care of me! The entire nursing staff did their very best to make sure all of my needs were meet. The dialysis company also treated me very well. There is no better place you could pick for your therapy needs except PAM south!

I was at Pam for 2 weeks. The room was very good and clean. The nurses were friendly and proffesional.The CNA were very nice and friendly too.The OT and PT therapist also were very courteous and treat me with respect. Maria was my therapist she was super nice and had a lot of patience with me because every time I was standing up and walking I was out of breath and she was sitting in front of me very patiently until I was breathing normaly. I know her name because she worked with me every day. The OT therapist were very good but every day I had a differnt one. Dr. Mike was my doctor I don't have words to describe him. He was sweet', affectionate, always smiling. giving me support and he did something that any doctor do. He get close to my bed prayed for my recovery. I wish we have more doctors like him .Dr, Mike Good bless you. Last the food was very good and tasty. I was surprised the amount of food that was on the plate .

Choosing PAM Health for rehabilitation following my reverse total shoulder replacement surgery was, without question, the best decision I could have made. I have achieved all of my recovery goals, most importantly, full recovery of shoulder function and the resumption of the quality of life I had before the surgery. My success is due to the high-quality medical, nursing, and wound care, OT, PT, and support services I received from EVERY staff member, from the people who cleaned my room to my primary physician. Thank you all!

My experience with my nurse, Yolanda Espinoza was exceptional. She is a warm, dedicated and caring lady and I am honored to have been her patient. I have been in many hospital stays in my lifetime but never experienced such compassionate care. She takes nursing to a whole new level.
It’s been truly a blessing to have had her as my nurse.
I thank the Almighty to have her as my nurse and will forever consider her my friend.

I recently went to PAM rehab in sugar land Texas for physical therapy. I started in June 2025 and finished in October 2025. It changed my life for the very best! I highly recommend the Therapist’s in the outpatient department. They were encouraging, fun and dedicated to helping me get out of my wheelchair. Mission accomplished!!

I can’t say enough great things about the outpatient therapy team! From the moment I walked in, Azurae made the whole process so easy and welcoming. She went above and beyond to get me started quickly and made sure I understood everything from beginning to end. Joey and Wesley have been absolutely amazing during my therapy sessions — they’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and really care about their patients’ progress. The entire experience has been positive, professional, and uplifting. I’m truly grateful for the team and highly recommend OP Therapy to anyone needing therapy services! Also Baileigh was amazing

A huge shout out to Ms Tanika and staff (making our food delicious). Also, Dr. Hoffman, Dr. Mackey; my pain manager, Anna. My amazing therapists and Nurses, the CNAs, always came as fast as they could when I rang the bell. Thank you Paris, Jasmine, Dev, Tyler (always pushed me) my nurse that I totally renamed to Asia (she always answered with a smile snd never corrected me. My case manager was just as amazing. Please forgive me if I left anyone out. Sending a huge hug to my beautiful Nurse Mary, welcomed me with so much love on my first day in Rehab. Thanks again PAM Health.

*** I sure hope I was not being gaslit yesterday. As any reassurance I was given was proven to be false. **

The website states a goal for Parkinsons patients is to maintain productive lives. Recently a Physical Therapist told a Parkinsons patient that she has too many up and down days. What an incompetent statement from someone who clearly does not know the ups and downs of this disease. This facility seems to pride themselves on "encouragement and compassion" but making a patient cry multiple times is neither! I am specifically speaking about out patient PTs, but in my eyes it is a reflection on the entire facility. Please do better as people need and rely on therapy.

Every single person was so friendly and helpful. Pam was the perfect place for me. It was small but just big enough. My OT, Alexia, and PT, Ashley, were top notch! I’m leaving with helpful info to make my transition at home healthy and safe.

We selected PAM for rehabilitation and recovery following my mother's hip surgery. It was the best decision we made! She came here, unable to turn side to side in bed, and is now confidently walking with a walker (fondly named "Johnny Walker").

Forever grateful for the exceptional medical care given by Dr. Omair Ahmad, Dr. Shreshta, and Zerin. I wish I could name each nurse and aide who took care of her day and night, providing her with comfort and reassurance every step of the way. Please accept our gratitude.

Dietary service was excellent, keeping my Mom well nourished (she asked if you provide delivery service after she leaves). Environmental services kept the room clean and smelling fresh.

The OT and PT professionals were outstanding in every way. Each one was so compassionate and brought their own individual skills to accomplish the goal of getting my Mom back to her independent self.

Case management was there to assist with the exit process and options for home health. So very grateful for everything.
