My Sister was very ill and had major surgery, When we where able ,we got her to PAM and the doctors and nurses were so great , We really appreciated all the care and after only two short weeks. My wonderful Sister is home ! Thank you PAM.Health .

I want to first personally thank you for allowing me to speak to you last week. I know your time is precious! Even as I got emotional talking to you then, I am also emotional as I put my thoughts together for this message.
I so greatly want to thank you and PAM Health Outpatient Therapy management personnel for the PT and OT staff on board! They are AWESOME! Thank you! Thank you!
Please relay my sincere thanks and appreciation to your staff: Breayn, Kylie, James, Ruth, Isaiah, Jaileen, Bina, Rubina, Wesley, Simki and anyone else I may have left off! Everyone I came in contact with were very attentive to my needs. I am now feeling great because of their encouragement, incredible care, personal attention, and professionalism! Even as I followed their instructions and listened to them, they also listened to me as I expressed my thoughts and feelings.
During this difficult time in my life, their professional background experiences, their incredible training, and how they challenged and encouraged me do my best has helped me on my healing and growth! I am now mobile (without a walker and/or cane) and have very limited pain!
Let me personally acknowledge Breayn, Kylie, James, Ruth, Jaileen, and Wesley. They were each great navigators at encouraging me not to give up as they pushed and pushed me! Please thank them for their empathy and insights to not let my emotions take over. I even appreciate the laughter and personal conversations we shared. Tell them that I thank them so VERY MUCH!
Let me not forget to highlight Isaiah, Rubina, Bina, and Simki. There is no way I can not honor them as well! Just seeing how they communicated with patients entering the location and how they carefully took our medical readings was touching! As well, how they kept clean all the tools we used, helped us all know that we were in a safe environment! Thank them for their exceptional care and concern for each patient and their family member, who entered inside the therapy doors!
Prayerfully, I have not forgotten anyone. If I did, tell them to please forgive me! Because of PAM, I feel so much more confident and hopeful about my future health!

This is the best rehab facility we have ever been too. Their physical, Occupational therapist, speech therapist and their pulmonary staff work you very hard all throughout the day to ensure you see major improvement! They also provide all these therapies on the weekend so I can say you will definitely feel stronger in all ways by the time your stay is up. It’s amazing how quick you see the change but that is because they mean what they say in the beginning. If you’re willing to get the help you need, they are going to provide it to their utmost best, all with a smile. If I could give this rehab facility a 20, I would but 10 is the highest so I absolutely give them that! If you need any of these types of therapies I can not recommend this facility enough. Kudos to all. It’s also got very good food and is a very inviting and warm atmosphere that makes you feel special.

The facility was clean. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Dietary, physical, and health needs were all addressed correctly and in record time. Mother made amazing progress and left the facility feeling confident. The dry erase board with each days schedule also helped my Mother get through each day as efficiently as possible. Thank you to the staff at PAM rehabilitation!!!!

I was a patient at PAM in the Heights for 4 weeks. I can say that this is the best experience I have had in hospital. The therapists, nurses and aides are great and I was most impressed by the administration. The directors of therapy, case management and the Doctors all genuinely cared about me and my circumstances. I felt they always had my best interest in mind and treated me with the utmost respect and care. I would gladly return there for any rehab needs in the future and HIGHLY recommend this rehab hospital to anyone in need of an inpatient rehab hospital. You will NOT be disappointed. 5 out of 5 stars all day long!

I want to say PAM has some wonderful physical therapist. They help you achieve your goals and push you. I am very thankful to Jason, Billy and James. They really helped me achieve my goals which I thought I could not. But they helped me to walk out with a cane and being able to move my arm in which I thought it wasn’t possible. I can never thank them enough! I am so grateful for them. Thank you for everything…

Truly a wonderful place. The staff is phenomenal and the level of care received was top notch. Therapists are caring, understanding, and super knowledgeable. Explain what they’re doing, how it helps, and what to expect as you end results. Good job guys!

I saw the poor review and was a little concerned about my daddy coming into the facility. I’m sorry they had a bad experience, but everyone seems very kind. It is only our first full day so it may be too early for this review, but I always revise if needed.
