My mom’s nurse, AHMED , would come in, hand her a cocktail of medications, and rush right back out. Honestly, I’ve had servers at restaurants spend more time taking my order than this nurse spent with my mom. There was no compassion, no checking in, and no effort to make us feel like she cared. The whole experience felt rushed and uncaring, and it was really disappointing. On the bright side, the THERAPY TEAM WAS GREAT and took excellent care of my mom.

I have been sitting here thinking of all the things I want to say about my stay at PAM in Houston but will get to the point instead. Shortly after leaving a well-known hospital I arrived at PAM with multiple health issues, new pacemaker, blood pressure, difficulty walking and poor balance to name a few. Upon my arrival, two friendly ladies met me in the parking lot with a wheel chair and a rolling cart to carry my personal items. I knew at that moment that I was in the right place to get the help I needed. Pam is well staffed with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapist, doctors, nurses, respiratory, case managers dietitians and housekeeping all working together as a team to provide the best care possible. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left my questions were answered. Everyone, including the doctors took time to explain things to me so I had a better understanding of how my body works, in relation to the problems I was having. I left Pam much stronger than I arrived and with a plan for self-care when I get home. I would recommend PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Houston Heights to anyone. (PS, they have the best physical and occupational therapist I have ever worked with.)

You people were great. It's like family, I felt safe. People here were wonderful. I'm going to come back for outpatient therapy. I want to commend them on the work they done with me. Visitors always allowed. Doctors always came to visit me here. If I didn't have to leave, I'd stay.

This is the 3rd time my husband has been at Pam Rehab in the Heights It is by far one of the nicest facilities and is very well maintained. The personnel are awesome and go out of their way to help and take care of your loved one. Their therapist are awesome and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and your loved one gets the best care possible. This is a healing place!

Very efficient, caring, and cheerful! The therapy from OT, PT, and Speech were just what mom needed for strengthening and preparing her for getting out and independent again! The facilities are very nice and staff are great!

I have had many positive experiences since I’ve been at this facility, and I would like to recognize Diana Saldana for her outstanding care and support.

Diana has been consistently polite, caring, and attentive. She regularly helps with tasks as I transition to and from my therapy sessions, including picking up my trays and ensuring that when I return, my room is clean and well prepared, with the bed made and fresh sheets. She is also proactive—she checks on me frequently and does not require repeated calls to assist.

From the time I was admitted, Diana has made a real difference by checking in on me constantly and being available when I need support. I truly appreciate the care she provides and how she helps me feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay.

Thank you, Diana, for your hard work and for making my time here easier. Your kindness and professionalism mean a lot.

I would like to recognize Faith Henson. The moment I arrived at Pam Houston Heights, my blood pressure was extremely high. Faith immediately went above and beyond to help get my blood pressure under control, and I truly appreciate the care and urgency she provided.

Throughout my stay, Faith has consistently checked on me frequently and has always been kind, polite and attentive. She never makes me feel like a burden, and her professionalism and compassion have made .e feel special and well cared for.

Thank you Faith for everything you have done for me during my stay. Your dedication, kindness and support mean a great deal. You are an amazing nurse, and I truly believe you will continue to do great things in life because you truly deserve it.

Overall staff were courteous and caring. CNA Sean and Rhonda were very helpful. PT and OT were great,especially Vidal and Vanessa. Nursing staff were great, with the exception of a Nurse named Tiffany, so uncaring, even when family members asked for help. I would highly recommend this facility.
