I just went first time, and since the moment we walked in they made it feel like home, offering snacks and giving us our paperwork. We then had a few nurses and doctors check on us and so work, I wish I got names but everyone was fantastic. Had to end up staying the night, the beds were soft and the staff was still so nice 10/10

I've been here several times, and they always do a great job.. of course you have those nurses that are working just for money and you have those amazing nurses that absolutely love their job and love people. I had one tell me she didn't care, but I had another one named destiny that made my hospital stay very nice. Everything she walked in, she had a big smile on her face and was very serving, asking if I needed anything. She had a student nurse with her and I have to say, if that student turns out like destiny, she will be an awesome nurse!! Here, you can go in and they are very attentive to what is wrong and what you need,, well except that one nurse.. I highly recommend this place.. they are quick and to the point. Also if you have to stay inpatient, they are amazing, that's where destiny was, they give you a nice comfy blanket and pajamas and a bag of necessities and goodies.. I will 💯 recommend patients er..

5 stars isn’t enough. Everyone went above and beyond with making me feel important and cared for during my short stay. I appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of. I appreciated how everyone took their time to genuinely listen to my concerns. Everyone from front desk staff to doctors was amazing. I will send all family and friends here. Thank you so much to Kevin, Brandon, and Dana for making sure I was informed through my entire time there. Dr Garza you are by far one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. Thank you PATIENTS

My husband and I have been here plenty of times and the service was awesome, however this last time I was coming to get treated for a virus. We waited in the waiting room for over two hours. Others that came in were taken back immediately once signed in. My husband went to ask what was going on and he was told by the front desk ladies “our issue isn’t an emergency like others and there was no room for me to be treated” we wanted to leave but once we started to get up someone called us back finally and took me to do vitals and told me to wait in the hallways on this bed. They treated me in the hallway fully exposed.
The doctor was nice but they only gave me tons of meds to shut me up instead of giving me and IV for fluids etc.
Would not come back here again!

Brought my daughter in for what turned out to be pneumonia. We were treated with nothing but respect and overwhelming hospitality. Chad was awesome and had my daughter smiling and giggling in no time. He also brought her a gift bag to make our longer stay more enjoyable for her. Overall great experience, hospitality, and staffed with people who care.

This is the second time I took my daughter to Patients ER. Everyone was very polite and showed compassion. The nurse practitioner and doctor were both very informative about the diagnostic tests that were done before they performed them. The radiologist named Val was kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Nurse Ed was awesome! My daughter had to get an IV and he explained the entire process and answered all of her questions. She enjoyed that very much. The professionalism, empathy, and service was a 10/10. Thank you all for going above and beyond by providing services with compassion, it truly makes a difference!

I believed before this visit that they exhibited excellent customer service. The front desk did excellent as usual. I brought my daughter a young black woman here and my oh my did that change my perception! Rough and dismissive were the male nurse. Very loud and brute was the Ex ray tech. Verses when I brought my husband here. The male nurse who we later got today was and is excellent. His name starts with a M. The doctor was fantastic in both visits. Good luck getting to them!

Very clean ER with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. While being here I felt comfortable and properly cared for. There was coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby area and the set up was very nice. Registering was quick and easy.

We have visited this facility about 4 times in the past year. And with every visit we have been very impressed with its cleanliness. From the spacious waiting room, to the fully stocked snack bar/coffee station and everything in between to make the waiting more pleasurable.

On this last visit we were taken care of by three individuals. Two of their names escape me but if you pulled up my file you’d see who those people are. The nurse practitioner was very nice to deal with and answered all of our questions. The other nurse or employee who took me to get my cat scan was super nice and just great a her job. Made me feel safe and secured and was very aware of my discomfort in dealing with this kidney stone. Then there was Dana who was my nurse. She was a blessing to have in my room. Very kind. Tried and succeeded to lift my spirits by timely jokes and really made me feel like she genuinely cared about me.

I will continue to drive out of my way and pass several emergency centers to get to this one.

FROM WALKING IN A EMERGENCY ROOM LIKE THIS I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE A GREAT VISIT. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS IN A ER. THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY NEED 100 STARS.
