I understand the current economy has MOST just scrambling for money but Honda (this dealership) never offers any form of incentives for loyal customers. I bring both of my vehicles here for service. Most companies offer tire rotation with your basic mileage maintenance but not Russell & Smith. I haven’t received any service coupons since November 2023.
Came in this morning and the service representative, Jose Ramirez, told me to look on the website for discounts if I wanted to know if any was being offered.
The systems were down so I received a poorly handwritten report of the $90 oil change & $20 tire rotation received today with expected $179 for brake flush and another $179 for coolant flush lol. RIDICULOUS
I hate it here and really will not be returning.

I went there for a regular maintenance service and also solving a. problem with my car remote. I was getting error message about low remote battery. When I got there I waited long time before someone came and asked me about service that I needed. I specifically explained to him about issue with remote control and showed him the error message and two remote control of my car.After 1 hour when my car finished I asked them if they addressed the issue and they said no because they don’t have battery for remote. Then I asked them can you at least show me how I can change the remote battery and what battery type I need at least I can buy it myself and change it , but they said the person who can do it is busy and can’t come after me waiting 1 hour for my service and they gave me two solutions. buy a battery and bring it back for them to change it or someone will call me later to tell me how to do it over the phone in both cases this is not service that I expected to get from a brand like Honda I am totally disappointed from this place and Honda.I’ll file a complaint with Honda let’s see how they can help hopefully they do a better job than their local dealer.
