I am currently being victimized by the Rutgers Dental Faculty Practice, as they will not schedule an appointment for me to continue treatment, and according to the woman who identifies herself as Deborah, Dr. Muadab is not letting her schedule me, due to me not wanting to follow his recommendation, and even when I explained the impossible nature of that, as he never saw my CBT scan in order to even give me a recommendation, something that she had no answer to, though felt necessary to accuse me of having a bad tone and hanging up the phone, after already having denied all services and not being willing to respond to the fact that her pretenses were 100% illogical, she only left me with a denial of services and a phone call to inform me that she was mailing me back the CBT which the doctor did not review as of the last date I had an appointment with him. This is very abusive behavior towards a medicaid beneficiary who has exhausted limited visits at their office already, and shrugging me off unfairly is causing me great difficulty in continuing treatment, for a very stressful and long awaited resolution to severe dental deficiencies, and this will not be stood for, and I have seeked resolution, though none has been provided, only an unreasonable, and gaslighting accusation of what did not occur, and that is a recommendation by the doctor who I seeked an appointment to see. I hope that the administrative team addresses this lapse in adequate care and professionalism, as opposed to the courts, which I feel inclined to pursue if necessary to protect my rights as a patient and a dignified person.
