Called them for help on an auto surety bond. The first two people were very helpful and seemed like they wanted to work with me, the last woman made me feel like I was bothering her with my request. I understand they’re busy with much bigger fish in the fire; I’m happy they’re successful. She didn’t take the time to talk to me or she might’ve learned that I’m a small business owner myself who is up for renewal soon. According to her, they were busy working on million-dollar bonds and couldn’t help me today. Understood. I hope I one day need services like that. If I do, I’ll be sure to not use this company. I believe in making every client or potential client feel valued. I don’t believe they do. I also work with other small businesses; I’ll be sure to share my experience with them if this topic ever comes up.

Their customer service was excellent. Their team helped us understand all of our policy options. They are easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend them!
