Excellent skill and service provided by all levels and specialties. Dr. Cyrus King exudes patient confidence in straight forward conversation and appraisal of my spinal defects. Hospital staff was very invested in my care and comfort.

If you need to do a colonoscopy, I highly recommend St.Luke’s. I was met with a smile from everyone who worked. The nurse got my IV on the first try- that never happens. My doctor came and spoke to me prior to the procedure. Once in the room, I was put at ease and then took a good nap. Was discharged once I was able to eat and drink. Again, the prep is not fun but neither is colon cancer. People- come to Baylor’s St. Luke’s to do your health maintenance!

From my first phone call to make my initial examination appointment to my postoperative check, I could not have been happier! The staff at each point of my progress in treatment were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and really just let you know that they cared about you, even though you were probably the 20th patient that had been seen that morning! If they were all here in front of me, I would ask them to take a bow as I applauded. Bravo!!

Dr. Weikert was everything I expected and more. I never had as much as an inkling of soreness, and my vision is Spot On! I so appreciate all the time that he devoted to mastering his knowledge and skills to be able to deliver such an excellent and over the top level of care to his patients.

I struggle to find words that speak how very blessed I am to have found all of you. You can all go to sleep tonight, knowing that you truly make a wonderful difference in the life of your patients. You all are the best of the best!!

Very easy check in. Was led to the back in less than 10 minutes. Was examined by attending who outlined a course of action and was then acted upon quickly. I had bloodwork, CT of abdomen, and treatment in less than 3 hrs. Outstanding care!!

St. Luke’s Baylor Hospital has always treated me with kindness , compassion and care. I would like to thank Tower 21 yellow for taking care of me. Sometimes there can be some misunderstanding and mistakes. This time my after care plans were not properly implemented. Something’s where taking care of and others wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong, Not most doctors 🥼 all know how to do coding properly. There are many that won’t ask questions about coding. That’s when things can go south for patients care. Be aware of this before you go home with the proper care plan, so you don’t have to worry and deal with it yourself at home 🏡. Please 🙏🏽 take time to make sure that your family or yourself ( if possible) has the proper treatment plan and care before you leave . Cause It is a tasking process to do for yourself and others. Thank God that his guidance has been through out my health care journey. St. Luke’s Hospital 🏥 has Great care, Just be aware of the importance of yourself and family members receiving the best care and or after support.

What a great place to have your surgery. Of course everyone was professional but also friendly where they put you at ease prior to the operation. Can’t say enough about Dr. Moeller — she is an excellent surgeon with a comforting bedside manner. As a patient that’s what I’m looking for on a stressful day.

They reached out to me several times with detailed instructions for a week before, the day before and the day of the surgery. The billing was explained with who all I was going to pay, no numbers just who. Clear communication and explanation from preop interviews, to postop and recovery. The nurses, Doctors and assistants all were super friendly and attentive and made me feel safe and in good hands. Thanks for taking care of me!
