Well, service advisors are cool, but the techs ain't it. About a month and a half ago, I took my 2021 Ridgeline in for a rearview camera wiring harness recall. I was advised it's going to be a few hours, that's fine. I wasn't however warned about the careless techs. The day after I went, I noticed a bump along my top tailgate trim like it wasn't sitting flush, only to see some hack try to put 2 clips in 1 hole. Now, as a former tech myself (never worked here), really dude? Today I finally got around to fixing my own truck after the dealership messed it up. Quit paying your techs flat rate production pay, you pay them hourly, and your quality of work will go up. Otherwise techs struggle to beat the clock and stuff like this happens. It's also worth noting no amount of compensation will have me remove this review.
Shout out to service advisor Allen, who was pleasant to work with but I did not inform him of this matter, otherwise I'm sure he would've had it handled. I just didn't trust another tech there to fix it when it was well within my abilities to take 5 minutes to fix it myself.
