My husband and I walked into this showroom to look at the Juniper. From the moment we walked in we received excellent customer service. Initially the car we wanted to test drive wasn't available. Gee was the advisor assisting us and he set up a demo drive for the vehicle we wanted to potentially buy. After the demo and excellent customer service, we bought the Juniper all wheel drive and picked it up in League City. My husband is a current Tesla owner but I'm new and I had questions. Gee and the entire staff at this location took care of us. I am a Tesla girl now!!!! I love it!!

Heberon is a phenomenal advisor. I ordered my Model X Plaid through him, and I’ve already referred several colleagues because of how exceptional he is. When I first came to this location, I honestly thought he was the manager—his professionalism and knowledge are that strong.
He followed up with me multiple times, made sure every question I had was answered, and even allowed me to take a vehicle home to try out all the features before picking up my own. Heberon is truly an asset to this company. Five stars across the board.

I test drove the 2026 Tesla Model Y and it’s absolutely fantastic! I had it for 48 hours, more than enough time to fully check everything out, spacious, luxurious inside and the outside, i experienced charging the Car for the first time, its not bad at all, like 15-25 mins on a SuperCharger.
Kendall helped me get checked in, she was super friendly and informative, made my whole experience very simple, definitely will come back soon to complete my purchase of the vehicle with her help! It was hard bringing the car back after i was able to experience what it was like to live with it for 48 hours haha 😆 Thanks Kendall!

Wow, that was an amazong experience. I took model Y red colored white interior for a city tour for 30 minutes. The FSD mode is so great, the video contains that portion where the vehicle is driving on it's own. Also, the support staff is great as they helped me in reservation & in smooth process for finding this opportunity. I would like to thank Sam who is great person at Tesla's store in Galleria Mall. I would defintely buy the model Y soon. what an experience , safet comfort & what not😃😃

This Tesla store right next to Macy’s has great customer service👍 there are several Tesla superchargers in the garage below this store, very convenient charging location. 👍 I came in to troubleshoot some Tesla configurations, Jennifer was very knowledgeable and positive about solving the problems. Of course she solved them all👍👏 Love her flower power presence at this busy Tesla store!🥰

I just bought my first Tesla from this location (picked it up in North Houston), and the experience was fantastic! Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to let us test drive a couple of models so I could figure out exactly what I wanted. I was pretty indecisive about the model and color, but he was super patient and worked with me to get a great deal.
We actually forgot to remind him about the referral deal from a friend, but Michael went above and beyond and threw in a free Tesla wall charger for us—such a nice gesture!
I’ve seen some negative reviews about Tesla service centers, but honestly, my experience so far has been great (though I haven’t needed service yet, and hopefully won’t for a while). My takeaway: treat people with kindness, and you’ll likely get the same in return!
