Zero stars. I live in Beaumont and had to come here. Service was to be completed by 6 pm so I left early from work to be here on time. It is now 6:42, and no one is checking on me or any communication whatsoever. I was told the lobby is closed, so some people don’t even know why I’m still here. Don’t come to this location. I’m not even sure my car will actually be repaired at this point.
Update - 7:27. Someone did find me, and are attempting to repair. I feel like
I should get something on return, but I doubt it.

I’ve visited this location multiple times previously. This time was here to replace a 12V battery. Initially was scheduled for a different date and decided to try my luck of getting it replaced sooner. Immediately was greeted and told can schedule me in for a quick replacement. Service took less than an hour. The waiting area is spacious and clean. Different options of cold brew, hot tea, coffee and soda. The service person did ask while I was waiting can test drive models are different front mine. I declined since I had driven all.
Overall experience is as previous: friendly and efficient.
It was nice experience for test driving Tesla model X , but it was limited information provided by Tesla representatives before starting so I drove back to ask them more questions, eventually it was good enough
Set up my appointment a week in advance and went for a test drive to Westheimer Houston location on Saturday.
The sales office doors were locked and there was only one guy in service department pointed at the closed sign. No QR codes or direct numbers on the doors to reach out anyone. The lot was very dirty and there was an homeless dude taking nap in charging area. The place looked very unsafe with few damaged cars parked on the lot with open doors etc. There were multiple clients by the door seemed completely lost including a Tesla owner came to pickup a part. I guess I am very disappointed cause I was expecting better from Tesla.

I wish that really hoping that the new production facility in Saudi Arabia translates into creating less expensive cars. I might want one of these to be my next car. So, I can see this car in the very near future.I am totally amazed at their process! And, the mechanics area is amazing to see!! Interesting place. Staff friendly; they encourage sitting in the cars. Test drives can be scheduled at an outside location.
I wanted someone with patience to help walk me through the entire process of getting my model Y so a friend referred me to Jimmy Lee. I’m in California, but he said he could still help me. So glad I called! Jimmy was so awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was on top of it and quickly started providing me with updates on available cars near me. He was ultimately able to get a car within 1 week of ordering!! He walked me through every step and answered all of my questions and concerns even after delivery of my car. So thankful for this positive experience and I’m absolutely in love with my new car.
Loved going to Tesla. James was a great help in helping us select a new vehicle ! Driving a Tesla is unlike any other car you have ever driven ! I highly recommend it.
Paul Valencia was FANTASTIC. He was super helpful and awesome to work with when ordering my Model 3 SR+. He made the entire process smooth and painless, and was always available for calls or texts if I had any questions throughout the ordering process, even when he didn't have to answer or he was off work. I ordered my SR+ on March 22nd and took delivery March 30th. I'll definitely be referring my friends to Paul at this location if they ever decide to join the Tesla family.
Dwight was a nice guy who was very informative. These cars are so awesome! I sat in the Model 3 and it was surprisingly very spacious for a sedan. The seating adjustments are comparable to my BMW X3 with lumbar support it just hugs you like a glove. Plenty of room in the back seat for all 3 of my kids. My husband has plenty of headspace. Electric cars are the wave of the future. I can't wait to buy a Tesla!!
