When we decide to sell our home of almost 30 years ,we wanted an experienced realtor ,that's why we decided to go with Wayne Ross ,we knew he was the right person for the job . Our house was in contract for the full asking price in about 10 days , he was more than helpful moving along the sale . Brought my first house with Wayne and he is absolutely super helpful on going out of his way to make everything easier for us. Very grateful that we met him as the realtor. I had tried to sell my house through another real estate agent and had no luck. When the contract expired I met with Wayne Rose. He is a true professional. He showed us what we needed to do to make our house more sellable. He brought in professional photographer to take photos of our house. He is very knowledgeable in what houses are selling for in the area. He helped us set a price and sell our house quickly for a price we were very happy with. I would definitely use Wayne Rose again or recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
