WORST PLACE EVER NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE AND DIFFERENT OWNER

the older man was amazing, very honest, very respectful, and he was a real mechanic.
Him and his wife build this place up.

NOW!! The so-called owner/mechanic is rude and dishonest. He will argue with his customers and will not care about you or your car. He overcharged for something he did not even fix. I was only going to that place when the old man was the one in charge, but now, with the new guy, don't even waste your time. He is never going to be like the old man. He was honest and a real mechanic, not like richard.

Liar the guy opened the hood and said motor gone paid 65 bucks with no print out like im definitely gonna need a refund also come to find out its my harmonic balancer smh STAY AWAY!!!

He was supposed to fix my ac and was was going to let me drive off without telling me that what he promised would repair it, in fact did not when I paid $400 for that repair. Had I not gotten back out of my car, he wouldn't have addressed it all...My AC wasn't cooling properly but it was still cooling but not cold, so I had them look at it. He told me that one if the parts was clogged and needed to be replaced. I asked if that will fix it. He says if I replace this part and the condenser is also clogged then I'll have to replace that as well. I asked so if the condenser isn't clogged should it be working fine, he said yes. So I agreed for him to proceed with the $400 repair;that seemed a bit high but this is Houston Summer heat. They said it would take about 3 hours because they had to order the part, so I left and waited for them to call for pick up. After I paid and started my car I let it run so the ac could get cool since it had been sitting out. It blew nothing but heat, not even the cool air it blew before. So I get out and ask why it's not getting cooler. He says my compressor is weak. He never mentioned anything about my compressor when discussing my repair. So I ask why didn't he say that prior when he said for sure that my ac would for sure be fixed when he replaced that part and the condenser wasnt clogged. Also, why would my AC be worse now than before he touched it because if my compressor is weak now it was already weak and should be better without the clog. He only kept repeating himself about the compressor and how he put so much freon but it still wasnt cooling. Mind you, he was going to let me drive off without letting me know my ac wasn't working and now was only blowing heat. I did a stop payment and he disputed so they paid him. He didn't have the compassion to discount the repair knowing he left my ac in worse condition than when I brought it in. I'm sure his dad would be so disappointed in what he's doing at the repair shop so many people came to trust. I definitely will never go again.

They are a bunch of thieves I went to get my car fix for one issue and paid to have it inspected and fixed. They "fixed" it the next day and my check engine light turns on again so I go back and now they say there is another issue. Using the excuse that the car is old when it is a 2014 model. This is the second time they've done this to me as I had previously brought another car to them. To those who have "older" cars keep in mind you'll suddenly have two more problems for every one they fix. Never coming back here.

I will take my car here from now on!! They are very honest, and the husband will tell you EXACTLY what needs to be done, and what will work and what won't. After my previous experience with another mechanic, I appreciate his honesty! That was with the old man. - -FAST FoRWARD to Richard running the place and I will NEVER go back there! He is rude, and has ZERO customer service! So sad I really did like the old man and his wife and the work they did!

Went to get my car inspected and all I can say is DON’T GO THERE! My car was bought at a dealership drove it off the lot and they tried telling me things were wrong with it (it’s only a year old). If I can give them 0 I would.

If I could give less than a star I would. Brought my car in for oil change and transmission fluid flush. After picking up my car I noticed some idling issues so I returned to Conoco as everyone was leaving. Shop owner Vincent put computer on my vehicle to show no alerts or codes we're going off. Early next morning,car won't start, get it towed to dealership where diagnostic check determined I had 4 quarts of oil TOO much in my vehicle. Called to speak to owner and he would not be accountable for the poor work done at his shop. So he gave the phone to the guy who worked on my car. Nice guy stayed very professional on phone which was appreciated butConoco dropped the ball and I could be buying a new engine. Instead I have a great review for the BEST CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP IN HOUSTON🌝

I came today for an alignment and they had dont a faulty oil change on one car, then proceeded to make me pay extra after they only did one side of work on my car and then started yelling at me after not doing the job right, the man then proceeded to yell at an incoming customer and then the other customers left. They do not speak good english and then yell at you, they kept telling me things were wrong with my car and I went for a diagnostic at the dealership recently and those things were checked off on. Horrible service do not go to this awful place because they might mess up you oil change like the couple they serviced before me or only do half the work

Went for inspection, was told license plate light was out. I told them have Spares at home, they offer to replace bulb. I asked how much is the bulb and jokingly said 100 dollar. I assume less than 2 bucks. When I paid for inspection the total was 32.66 I said what? Lady told me inspection is 25, yes I know that but how much was the bulb? 7? No she said bulb only 2 and 5 for labor. I told her I had Spares at home before they finished inspection yet she acted like nothing. She said don't worry you got nice car. I said yes but that doesn't mean charge me 5 for labor when all you got to do is move a clip to remove bulb. She said next time, I cut her off there and said there won't be a next time and walked out. They are nothing but a rip off. It's not the 7 dollars it's the principal of good business. Could of not passed me and replaced bulb myself since I do get 14 days to resolve any issues that causes a vehicle not to pass inspection.

After a tuneup here that I paid almost $500 I drove my car for one week and brought it right back when I brought it back the mechanic Vincent told me now me car needs $1800 worth of work and that's just to start. Because now the gasket was out. Really after a week? These ppl really try to take advantage of women especially round tax time.
