Poor customer service, extremely rude. Tried to upcharge an alignment and said my 1997 Ford Ranger was too difficult to work on. Take your money elsewhere.
I remember this day, 2 years ago. I am coming back to reiterate how dissatisfied I was with this business. Perhaps the owner was not there, hence the staff's behavior. A conventional TTB Ranger is not an exotic adventure.
We checked our records and have no history of this customer in our database. However , if you did come to this business and had a bad experience we apologize for the inconvenience. We pride ourselves on being a friendly , reliable and honest shop . We do our best to help every customer that comes in the door. We find it strange that you would come back to write a bad review two years later. We're not sure what could have happened to get you this upset. We would love for you to stop bye and discuss the issue with a manager. If not we hope that you are blessed to find peace with this matter.

I went there about 2 years ago for an advertised alignment of 39.99 dollars (I assumed it was for a 4 cylinder car -I had an old 4 cylinder Accord), and the guy inside the office told me their sign was wrong and the price was about 65.00 dollars. So I took my car somewhere else.
We apologize for the inconvience . The 39.99 alignment is for a two wheel alignment and perhaps your vehicle required a 4 wheel alignment. Here at A1 Auto Masters we try our best to make each and every customer happy.

I have an 05 Saab 9-3 and I have been going to Corey's shop for a while now. He is a great mechanic, upfront and honest. His prices are reasonable and the turnaround is very quick. Good mechanic. I went in to get my brakes repaired and he told me what he could do to stop them from squeaking. Was ok with only performing the maintenance I thought was necessary and did not pressure me to do anything else. Competitive prices.
