On a family vacation we began having issues around Houston and thankfully called this dealership. After speaking with David Olvera I was immediately relieved we had contacted the right place and upon arriving came up with a plan.

They were great during the entire experience (and even contacting us the day after to confirm our vehicle was doing well) and we can’t say enough great things about this place.

They helped put our minds at ease and we were able to enjoy our vacation then pickup our vehicle on the way home. Communication and customer service was top notch the entire way through.

Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dang owning an Audi is expensive!
With that fact said... The team at Audi West Houston worked with me to service my vehicle, complete necessary maintenance, and leveraged coupons, dealer savings to make it easier. Additionally, they worked timely to get me in, out, and done. They also did a phenomenal job cleaning the car inside and out!

This is my first Audi. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. I had a warning light that came on. I took it to Audi West Houston with no appointment. Not only did they take my car that day, my car is still under warranty and I was due a service and there was a recall that they fixed as well. Service was amazing everyone was so helpful and the visit cost me $0. I will be back for my next service.

He clearly explained the work and kept me updated throughout. The service was completed timely and my vehicle was return in great condition.

Service Advisor: Vin took the time to clearly explain the current issue and outline the recommended service without applying any pressure. There was no upselling or unnecessary urgency—only straightforward, honest guidance.

Service Technician: The technician delivered an exceptionally detailed report, complete with photos and precise notes, exceeding the level of documentation I have typically experienced at a dealership.

Mr. David and his team provided an efficient and seamless experience. The entire process was handled promptly and I was back in my wife’s car in approximately 15 minutes. Additionally, Mr. David ensured my wife’s car was washed, and the dashboard and center console repairs were completed as promised. Her eTron GT now looks as good as new!
