While newly remodeled, the beauty is only skin deep. The first room they put me in had not been cleaned and looked like a brothel with the condom wrappers scattered around. The second room had the beds made. Floors and tub were dirty. Only one towel. No trash can. No coffee maker. Office locked at 8 am so couldn't even get coffee from there. Pretty disappointing.

I was sketchy about staying here because of some of the previous reviews but a buddy from work told me it was good so I gave it a try. I travel for work and have stayed in hundreds of places and besides staying at a luxurious hotel this place ranks pretty high on my list. It is an older building but is completely redone. All new furniture, probably one of the biggest TVs I've seen at a motel/hotel, tall comfortable beds, and is very well kept and maintained. It's actually quite a bit larger than most rooms. Dont let previous reviews or the neighborhood bother you, this is a great place to stay and it's quite. I started night shift and slept great during the day and then rolled to days and have slept great at night. I've been here 5 weeks and still have a few to go so I'd just like to thank yall for the comfortable stay.

This place is a complete dump. There was a rotten food in the fridge dirty sheets and the jacuzzi had water coming out from around the faucet before the faucet actually came off. Not only that but the wall of the jacuzzi is coming apart. The shower rails are loose and I almost fell when trying to use it. You can hear everything aside and it was just a disaster they moved us to a second room in the same thing but instead of rotten food it was a nasty rotten milk bottle. We moved the sheets off from the bed in the second room and it had peace things cooked rice grains and hairs so when we decided to move the mattress there was a loop container half empty, use blunt wraps, flower petals, condom wrappers and dirty condoms, and a dirty hand towel, this is just disgusting and unacceptable. Just stay away from this place because they do not refund your money and when I went to tell the lady at the front desk because the gentleman last night could not help me she was very rude and inconsiderate treating me as if I was the issue and not the way she keeps her hotel or how she runs her business. If you have a choice to sleep in your car or stay at this hotel your car would definitely be the better of the two options just stay away is all I can say.

Good rooms, good service, and for a decent price. Location leaves a bit to be desired (there's a train track right outside and they run through at night), but that's a minor gripe at best.
If you're staying a while please note that the washer/dryer is only one unit each and is somewhat expensive. ($2.00 wash, $1.75 dry) again, minor, but the budget conscious should take note.

They had complimentary coffee with NO sugar, no receipt given for room purchase, & crappy Customer service, I waited around for a receipt for 10 mins, only to be asked, what did I need again, so I just left without the receipt (which I feel was the objective). The room was straight, it served its purpose.

I found this hotel by surprise and I couldn't be more happy. We are moving into town and we're looking for a clean and quite place to stay until the apartment is ready to move in. We came for just 1 night and we will stay here about a week. Our apartment could take whatever time to be ready now, we feel like at home already in this small family hotel. I love the guava trees in the garden and how clean it is overall. No complaints about nobody, Internet works just fine for what we need. Thanks for this place.

ABSOLUTELY Disgusting !!!! DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! None of the pictures of the hotel are actually what it looks like, the hotel was FILTHY and all these "good" reviews turns out are from his family who lives there, so UNPROFESSIONAL and TRASHY. No one speaks any good english .. except for the wife and when i had a problem she was all of sudden gone and they kept telling me to come back to the front office in 30 mins and each time i would and each time she was still not there and unavailable .. they have a false email address and the "Manager" BJ Patel (aka the person leaving these "good" reviews on google and other sites) is Disrespectful and has no knowledge of how to run a Hotel or treat his paying guest! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! and to make matters worse they are privately owned so there is no one making sure they are running this place up to code so they are basically free to trash the Regency Inn & Suites name. When i called corporate they stated that they get many complaints about this place but cant do anything because technically they are not a Regency Inn .. these people are filthy and wrong for taking peoples hard earned money and expecting them to stay in such a nasty place! If it wasnt for my fathers unfortunate conditions and it being so late at night not knowing where we were we would not have even stayed the one night but unfortunatley we had too .. please do yourself and your family a favor and dont do business with this disgrace of a hotel or the scum bag people who own this place .. the lady above who also left an honest comment is absolutley correct they try to get as much money out of you as they can. I uploaded pictures of our hotel rooms and as you can see it is UNACCEPTABLE! these people should be ashamed of what a terrible business they are putting out there!

Most awful hotel I have EVER stayed in. The guy at the front didn't speak English and asked that I pull up mg bank account online to make sure price line pulled money out and was trying to get me to pay twice!!!! They have no tables and chairs to eat on, no alarm clock and when I turned on the tv with three small kids, there was porn on the Tv!!!
