My issue with the employees of Cinco Car Care was a lack of due diligence. At no time did anyone go and look at my car for the repair that was needed. The repair was to change 2 headlight bulbs. I was told that the price would be over 400 dollars to change LIGHT BULBS. Not including labor. Ridiculous! Now I do understand that some Jeep Cherokees are a bit more difficult to change the light bulbs HOWEVER my Cherokee does not fit that bill. Had they got off their behinds and actually had taken a look at the vehicle then they would have been able to see that going through the wheel well is not necessary.
Lack of professionalism.
Lack of courtesy.
Clutch Automotive changed my lights bulbs for the grand total of 60.00 dollars.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and frustration this caused.

Our service writer provided a worst-case scenario estimate based on the highest bulb cost for certain Jeep Cherokee models. Unfortunately, this was discussed before physically inspecting your vehicle, which led to miscommunication.

We take responsibility for not looking at the vehicle first and for not communicating more clearly. Please know we treat all of our customers with courtesy and professionalism, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve from your feedback.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I walked in and was greeted with a very unapproachable man like I walked in the wrong place. I asked if they'd check out my 2019 Chevy impala. They kept my car about 30 minutes and told me there was nothing wrong. Just for me to still experience the same issue. So the next day I took it to the actual dealership and guess what! It was the transmission clutch! How if you're a mechanic did you miss that! I'll tell you how! You probably thought I couldn't afford the repairs! I was stereotyped as soon as I walked in! And because of that you missed out on over 3k

Thank you, Sophia, for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your experience and understand your frustration. At Cinco, we always strive to provide thorough inspections, which typically take longer than 30 minutes to ensure we don’t miss any issues with our customers’ vehicles.

We take every customer seriously, and it's disheartening to hear that you felt stereotyped during your visit. I was charged nearly $500 for a car diagnosis, but they could hardly provide any meaningful insight – just a single sentence on a piece of paper.
To preface this, nothing was said when I walked into their office. I walked in, told them who I was, and they silently printed out a piece of paper with a 1 sentence diagnosis, and no other description of troubleshooting steps.
When I asked for a more detailed report of their findings and the car's issues, their response was strangely hostile: Adam, the person at the front, weirdly and angrily stared at me in silence for 5 seconds before saying "Sure, I can do that."
The other two people at the front desk were equally unfriendly. When I asked for an itemized list of necessary repairs instead of a flat price, one’s response was, "We're not going to do that," with the old man in the back shaking in anger, telling me they “spent too much time on it”, among other things. The old man seemed very hostile from the start and at one point was almost yelling at me, so much so that I had to take a step back and say “I’m not here to argue, I just want to see some actual troubleshooting steps on this diagnosis.”
Adam promised a 30-minute wait to rewrite the report, but it dragged on much longer. I watched as he aimlessly wandered the office, clearly avoiding helping me.
Before choosing this place, I phoned to confirm their ability to provide a thorough explanation of my car's issues and necessary repairs. If I had known they would offer a one-sentence diagnosis at a $500 cost, I would have never come here.
Finally, when I received my car, it wouldn't start anymore, and I had to have it towed back. They returned it to me in a much worse condition. Whether they did this on purpose to be petty or they are just incompetent?…Your guess is as good as mine.
If you enjoy weird and hostile energy, be my guest; you’ll love it here. It seems like they just want you to "pay and go" with minimal explanation and a complete absence of customer service.

I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience at our store. However, you were charged accordingly. You called us to get your car towed from another shop to ours. We were the third shop that you brought your vehicle to. The car already had many issues that we had to fix in order to get it into a condition that we were able to confidently diagnose your original concern.

You only paid $317.74 so I'm unsure where you got $500 from. Also, of the $317.74, $127.01 was for the towing and $180.25 for labor on the 6 hours we spent on diagnosing your car.

If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at 281-395-3434 and ask for Adam.
