Recently had some work done here on my 2016 VW GTI. Work included clutch replacement, carbon cleaning, injector replacement, and some other routine maintenance bits. Throughout the process Luis was awesome! Excellent communication and very detail oriented. 100% my new go-to spot for automotive needs. If you're in need of any vehicle repair/maintenance be sure to check them out!
The mechanics at this shop are super organized, professional, and work in a timely manner! They offer one of the best prices in Houston Texas and they update me on the progress of my car. They are all down to earth and are honest about the condition of my car. I trust the mechanics here and I know they are not tricking me or being dishonest to try and find a way to get my money. They have over 10 years of experience and Kevin has 6 certifications. I definitely recommend going to Houston car garage for any car related expertise, questions, or issues!
Louis, Kevin & Jesse were outstanding. Full engine rebuild on my 2011 WRX. Great communication and customer service.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!
Have come by occasionally for unknown car issues and they’ve always been very understanding, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I know more about my car, which provides me with peace of mind while driving despite the nicks. Definitely recommend.
Luis did a few upgrades on my 2018 Subaru STI. Everything was perfectly installed and could not be happier with both the end result and the way Luis treated me. If you own a Subaru and you need to get something done on it, this is the place...
My Mercedes needed rotor and brake work and I was worried because it’s a foreign automaker. Jesse took my vehicle and wasted no time diagnosing and letting me know what needed to be done. Super professional and amazing service , would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone needing work done to their vehicle for an honest price and amazing customer service. Thank you Jesse !!
Trusting a shop with your car can be a dicey game to play. I put my faith in Houston Car Garage and they did not disappoint. Quick turnaround, right price, and updates every step of the way.
My 15 STI was knocking and with metal shavings floating around the engine oil I had no choice but to replace the entire block.
Luis provided me with a quote, assisted with the transportation of the car and had me back on the road in no time. Replacing the entire engine block is no small task but the mechanics on hand are professional and know the Subaru platform very well.
No matter how big the job, or what model car. I have no problem recommending this shop and wish them a successful future.
Awesome shop. All of the gentlemen who worked there were funny, chill and friendly to me. They did a professional job on my clutch for a really good price I couldn’t get at any other shop. They are also very authentic and let me watch what they were doing the whole time. They are willing to answer questions and give advice. They also told me the final walk out price, stuck to it and didn’t surprise attack me with tax like other shops will. I highly recommend it.
Great shop, folks are friendly and helpful. Took my Mk6 GTI for a clutch replacement and the guys did an awesome job. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a helpful and budget friendly shop!!!
