This hotel was comfortable and conveniently located near the galleria area. The rooms were clean, but what set the hotel apart for me was the staff. They were beyond hospitable, making sure that everyone was well attended and cared for. Anything I needed was available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Place is recently renovated. That being said, you could tell the rooms are old, toilet flushing was week. Shower didnt work properly. Parking is tight. Service was great, no one was rude. Didn't try the restaurant.

The room was quite clean, and the staff members I interacted with were nice and polite. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I do want to be honest that I was pretty frustrated with the guest service during my four-day stay.
The first time I called guest services was to request an extra blanket, and I had to call multiple times before I was able to get through. The second time was regarding a fax code. I called twice, received the code, and then tried to contact the front desk to confirm that they had received the fax. Unfortunately, after calling multiple times, I still couldn’t get in touch with anyone.
Eventually, I had to walk down to the front desk myself just to check. I understand that things can get busy, and I’m not trying to blame any individual staff member, but it was frustrating to have such a hard time reaching someone for relatively simple requests.
I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this isn’t something I usually experience. At most places, guest services or the front desk responds quickly enough to at least acknowledge the issue and help get it resolved.

Just stayed for one night. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Love the Dove shower products! Staff was friendly and informative. The breakfast was delicious!! Lots of options.
It is near a busy (sometimes loud) road, and I’m a light sleeper. However, I was able to fall right asleep with no issues. I would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Great, hotel, staff and location. The staff are nice, great customer service. It’s clean and smells good. They have a beautiful pool to enjoy. The breakfast has more options than most hotels. I love the fact they have pork-less opinions. I’ll definitely book this hotel again in the future.

Yasmin was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Great personality, great energy, and the drinks were on point! You can tell she genuinely cares about giving people a good experience and not just serving drinks. Excellent customer service all around. The whole hotel was clean, modern and welcoming, with a super easy check-in process. The girls especially loved the swimming pool as it was so clean, well maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and that really made a difference.

Every single person we encounter during our stays are amazing.
This past week 7/27-8/2 was my 4th time this year staying here. We absolutely enjoy every bit of this property along with all that the surrounding area has to offer. The Bar the food is top notch. Alaa at the front desk, Amanda in the restaurant and Selam are the absolute greatest. Please don't forget my man Javier no one is better. I will be back before the year ends so please get my bang bang shrimp, veggie pasta and salmon dinner ready
I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza in Houston. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained.
The location was also a huge plus, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone visiting Houston for business or leisure.
I stayed at this hotel after a pipe burst in my house , and it turned out to be a wonderful experience during a stressful time. The hotel has been recently renovated and is beautifully designed with modern, comfortable furnishings. The room was exceptionally clean, smelled fresh, and was very quiet, making it easy to relax.
The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, providing truly high-quality service throughout my stay. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again—hopefully next time for a relaxing getaway rather than a home disaster.
