We came here for our mini honeymoon in October 2019 and it was a pleasant stay. I’m a newer IHG member, so it was nice of them to have our name on a board of arrivals, thank us when we walked in and offer bottles of water. We’ve been back a few times because of the friendliness of the people who work there.

Breakfast was delicious! 😋 Only real downside is that the blanket on the bed isn’t really a comforter, it’s just a blanket. I get cold easily so this was kinda a weird change from my usual hotel stay. We asked for an extra blanket at night but since there was limited staff to run it up to us we had to go downstairs to get it, but it wasn’t that bad.

This place in general is clean. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean, a bit on the heavy side with the chlorine but hey no germs right? The staff is wonderful! The breakfast is good too! We love this location and we will be back!

This branch of Crowne Plaza was not up to par with what I expected. Customer Service was ok and I didn’t spend too much time getting my room. My room however looks very old and the decor is in great need of a renovation. In the morning, only 2 out of our 4 family members was able to get breakfast. However, I paid for my stay included with breakfast, meaning that all family members get to eat. Sadly, that was not the case. Lastly, when I was checking out of the hotel, they tried to overcharge for our stay. Honestly, I would never come back to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room was not the cleanest, it was kind of old and run down. They need to check on their cleaning staff! But for the price I think it was good, the place has potential but needs some serious updates and cleaning. We loved how spacious our room was and that we were able to bring out 2 cats along. Location was right off the freeway which is great, it was not loud in the hotel though! There were cameras all over the parking lot so we felt safe leaving our car there as well. We got a good deal, 3 nights for 338 dollars was worth the 3 stars. But considering the lacking cleanliness of the rooms we would not go back there.

Appearance was nice, guest services was terrible from the moment we checked in. It took them 45 minutes to check us in, and that not include the 30 minutes we waited in line. Then our cards were overcharge and we still haven't gotten our money back like they promised. We will be contacting guest relations about this whole experience. Only one out of the four elevators worked during check in and the last elevator broke down at check out and we were on the fifth floor with toddlers and a newborn. I understand its an old hotel and i would have been on with the electrical issues with elevators if my whole experience was not terrible to begin with. TV's didn't work properly, either the volume didn't work and the picture showed or the volume worked and the picture didn't show. Coffee maker did not work, we had to borrow from another room. We windows looked disgusting on the final elevator that actually worked and the entry doors, you could barely see out of them. I am greatly disappointed with this hotel. Worse experience ever!

Not happy with the quality of our room. My bed was like a brick. The microwave is kept under the sink behind doors. Check out the great fitting lid on the toilet. This should give you an idea of how much they care about quality control.

The hotel room was very clean! Impressed with the cleanliness of the room! But the room smelled pretty bad. It smelled like a combination of mold and sewage unfortunately. Also I never got a receipt (I asked it to be emailed...I am an IHG member so it should be easy). I had to call the hotel twice and provide my email both times. The second time the receipt was emailed to me. A bit of a pain in the butt ....

Junior was great. There was a mix up with my reservation. He fixed it and made sure I got the type of room that I requested. Thank you, Junior. I will be back very soon. The hotel was nice by the way. The room was clean and very comfortable. I like the style of the building inside... the set up is nice. Beautiful atmosphere. Comfy beds...

This hotels has many amenities for a hotel in a dilapidated area. It may not look like much on the outside but it has a great restaurant, a nice bar and a indoor pool and hot tub to relax in after a day of long meetings. It is usually full of clientele that are staying for a business related trip or week long meetings/conferences. Has very nice suites. Living area with pull out couch and television, coffee bar with mini refrigerator and microwave, and bathroom right outside the bedroom door. Bed is very comfortable. Had issues with tv working but the maintenance man took care of it in a timely manner. Looks as if the bathrooms have been remodeled recently. I’d stay again for business. Not a good hotel for groups of kids. Pretty quiet hotel. Needs updating as far as furniture goes. Lots of chips on chairs and desks. Pool area needs a update on decor.

We love this place since we can drink and walk to our room. They have changed their menu at their restaurant and their meat and cheese tray is surprisingly good. Restaurant and bar staff are better than before and are great. This would have been 5 stars but then the staff at the check in desk are not up to par. Check in was slow considering there were a total of 4 ppl in the counter.
